Workers were super friendly and greated upon entry and the lady working the ordering tablet was extremely friendly and nice. Pizza comes in 9, 13, and 16 inch sizes. The dough was good but the toppings would slide off the end of the pizza. The toppings themselves were nothing super crazy and the sauce was okay flavor wise. Love the location.. right at the entrance of Old Town. Nice big outdoor dining area and a nice sized indoor dining area if you prefer. Everything here was delicious! On vacation looking for a special pizza spot. Ordered a simple pizza and pizza rolls online. the order Took nearly 1hr to receive our order. the designated time was 20 minutes. Thats nearly 40 minutes after the target time. Upon arrival the staff said it would 5 minutes as they were waiting on our pizza rolls. After 30 minutes of waiting, seeing countless customers coming in and leave before myself, I asked to speak to a manager. Magically our ordered was made. To make matters worse our pizza was cold, probably from the wait. The staff was inexperienced. I don't recommend this establishment, pizza was nothing special. I would go to the pizza parlor up the street in champions gate. side note: We eat pizza every Friday and this was the worst experience for bad pizza. read more

We tried ordering pickup from this location while on vacation and my one big tip, there may not be any parking within blocks of this location. There's limited parking to begin with and many other businesses and activities nearby, so picking up a pizza to go could be a really headache. I though it might work to call the business and ask them to bring it out, and after circling the parking lot on hold for 5 minutes, they finally answered and were able to bring out our order. Of all the local places I've been to in Florida, so far Flippers Pizza is my favorite. We got the Farmers Market salad. It's definitely big enough to share. Then we got the breadsticks, so yummy! Then we got the medium pizzas. One was the Deluxe and then the other was 1/2 all meat and 1/2 Hawaiian. Everything was delicious! The service has been good and I enjoy the atmosphere. My husband and I own a pizzeria in California so we're very picky. It's our 3rd time visiting but we try to come here every time we come to Florida. read more

I ordered the roasted broccoli and two MyPie (individual sized) pizzas: one pepperoni Napoli pizza and one sausage and mushroom pizza. I thought everything was pretty tasty, although the crust was thicker than I'd prefer (definitely more standard American style than Napolitan or NY style). The crust was a bit blander than I was hoping. But it was still pizza, and the individual pizzas were actually quite big (probably around 9-10" in diameter). The broccoli was awesome: nicely roasted and served with some pine nuts, ricotta and lemon for a nice contrast of textures and flavors. I'd definitely order it again. This is a solid place for pizza delivery if you want a night in after a long day at a theme park or other touristy day. And that broccoli was so refreshing after eating so much junk elsewhere. read more

Got a recommendation from a friend to try this place. She said it's their first stop when heading to WDW area. We had never been but, have seen some of the other locations. Smaller interior, but plenty of outdoor seating. We were fortunate to sit inside. A plus is if full inside, you can sit outside and when an indoor table is available you can move inside. That's great service! We ordered and were advised it takes about 15-20 minutes as the food is fresh. We wanted to start with iced teas and some breadstick bites! They were so good. TIP: keep the buttery goo to dip your pizza crust in. It's buttery garlic & Romano goodness! We had individual pizzas - the triple pepperoni with added jalapeños- my husband said it needed more pepperoni! I had the carne Di Italia - basically a meat lovers pizza - it was very good. My crust was cooked perfectly. No soggy bottom and very flavorful. That buttery goo was so good for the pizza crust. Will we go back, yes! Absolutely terrible experience, placed an order for pickup was told 20-25 minute and it will be ready. Showed up 30 minutes later and was told that they hadn't even started prepping the pizza yet. I told the girl they said 20 minutes and it would be ready and I'm here after 30 minutes, she said "okay" in an annoyed tone and walked away. I went and sat back down in my car for another 15 minutes and walked back in, told the person at the register my name and they said they don't even have my order. Meaning that someone canceled it. Find this gem, after a long day of souvenir shopping with the family. It was 10 of and we were immediately greeted by "Ma", our server, who provided amazing customer service! We sat inside and she suggested the garlic bread and pepperoni bites, which both were amazing!! We also ordered the Italian side salad which was fresh and amazing. We all ordered pizza's (with the exception of an order of buffalo wings) and everything was fresh, hot and delicious! I can stress again, how amazing the service was we received, please stop by if you're in the neighborhood. The restaurant is located in Mid Town and we arrived around 4pm. I would suggest arriving before 5 as parking is ridiculous, however we didn't have an issues with parking because we arrived early. read more
