Needed 2 copies of a booklet and a scanned copy. It was 81 pages (41 sheets). They charged me $71! They said my copies were 23 cents a page. I left, came back into the store because the math was wrong and I thought I was double charged. No, they said, it's also 35 cents PER PAGE to SCAN. Not transparent, does not tell you the price of something beforehand, and when you call them on it, they say it's industry standard. So disappointed, will never go back. Horrible!! Too bad there's not a negative zero rating for this... I wish I would've read the reviews before I took my business here. Extremely rude and inefficient. I shipped a package UPS through here. The lady entered the address wrong and now the package is lost. She says it's my fault because I'm the one who approved the delivery. Absolutely no responsibility on her part or apology. Just told me I could go look for it if I wanted but it's my fault for having the wrong address even though she's the one who entered it wrong. Simply rude and hateful. Will not use this horribly ran business and will be sure to tell everyone else to stay away also! read more

We were visiting the area from another state and needed to ship some cowboy hats that had a lot of sentimental value to us. We thought about taking them back on the plane with us but were too worried they would get ruined. We decided to take them to postnet as it was nearby. We were so nervous to leave them as they didn't package the four cowboy hat boxes in front of us and it was definitely pretty expensive to ship them. We weren't sure if they understood or even cared how important these are to us but we hoped for the best and waited for them to arrive. Well, today was the day and sure enough the giant box arrived as scheduled. To our surprise, everything was packed with lots of care. It's obvious that the lady who helped us realized that these meant something to us because of how well they were packed. Even though we paid quite a bit to have these shipped, now that we have received them, we believe it was worth every penny and we are very thankful to them. These people are rude and inefficient. I rented a mailbox from them for my business. Things went well for a few months and then out of the blue, they started sending back my customers payments. My customers were paying me but I never received the checks. The customer would call me after I sent them a late payment notice and tell me the check they had sent to me was returned to them with a stamp saying it was the wrong address. I would confirm the address and it was correct and the oddest thing is they only returned the mail they could recognize as checks, all other mail was in the mailbox. My customers sent me pictures of the return envelopes. When I finally asked them about it they became very rude, tried to blame the post office, tried to blame me, tried to blame my customer. I took my business elsewhere. read more

Every person I have spoken to, on the phone and in person, is rude and patronizing. They are not open on the weekends or after 6 pm. Because of that, the actual post can't deliver and you end up waiting extra days for something that was overnighted. They don't refund or even prorate your usage, which they require 3 months, period. Aside from the way the company is actually ran, the employees are rude, unprofessional and condescending. I would suggest finding a way to get a P.O. Box. Oh, and the mailing address itself is ridiculously long and complicated. read more

My Father passed away and I don't like the funeral programs that were offered through the mortuary company. I designed what I wanted on my computer and sent it to get a quote. I also wanted some photos printed. They responded quickly even with the Thanksgiving holiday. They had the higher quality paper in stock. I loved the white metal pictures that I saw in the store and ordered a large one of my Dad. Trent did a great job resizing the photo of my Father to make it fit the 12x18 white metal surface. They listened to what was important to us and communicated with me to make sure I was happy. They did a great job with everything and had it ready as promised. The white metal photo was so clear with an almost 3D look. We cried when we first saw it because it looked so beautiful. We will definitely be using them as our go to print shop. They were so sweet and understanding to us at such a difficult time. They helped ease our minds and made my Father's funeral what he would have wanted. We are so thankful and appreciative. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. The reviews are correct about the rudeness you will encounter in this establishment. The first lady I encountered was pleasant but the owners made up for it. I dropped off a package and now it's no where to be found. Went in the store to see if they had any info about the package, since I entrusted you with it, and had the police called on me. The only thing this company is good for is rudeness & laziness. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 miles down the road to Staples or "The ups store". If I have to I'll personally drive to Springs or Denver and will gladly pay 4x more just to never step foot back in this store.
