We have a small amount of carpet only being in 3 bedrooms and the stairs, which is darker carpet and maybe 3 spots on the carpet that needed attention- our home is 2 and a half years old and we had them cleaned before. I ordered a new vacuum and used it for the first time a few days after the professional cleaning and this is what came up- a full canister in a single room.. I don't feel this is right. I get some dirt may be loosened from cleaning but this is way too much to say the job was actually done effectively. $225 for our services. The new vacuum was $300, I should have skipped having someone come in and saved my time and money
