FedEx hires illiterate people. They brought me someone else's envelope, and left my package on other people's porch. Picture of the package on the porch is the proof of delivery - the only problem is, THAT IS NOT MY PORCH. The seller, Safeway, who will get a separate review, insists that the package was delivered to the correct address, because the FedEx driver says so. And then, there is the picture. Did Safeway put incorrect label on the package? Anyone who reads this, I sincerely advise NOT to do any business with both FedEx AND Safeway. read more

I wanted to ship a package home from a remote area in Colorado. I trusted a local third party to FedEx the item. Later, the tracking number showed FedEx still needed to receive the package. What the heck? My local FedEx connected me with the shipping center in Pueblo, CO. Seems my package (my laptop!!) was headed to Texas, when the delivery was supposed to go to Denver. HUGE kudos to Christine, the manager at the Pueblo station, who solved the problem and my laptop was delivered to my home the next day. It is a convoluted story, but sometimes things turn out OK. My message to FedEx management: Give this woman a raise! She went above and beyond duty. My local FedEx (S Colorado Blvd) I thank as well. These guys do their job well. Thank you! read more

What a trash company. How are you going to delay an overnight delivery by 24hrs and refuse to refund all or even some of the $70 you charged to ship a small piece of paper to a domestic location. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday on March 22, 2021. I called the 1 800 hundreds number and the customer service person said it will deliver between 7pm and 9pm. My package did not deliver because they said it was the weather. That is false we did not have snowy bad weather. We only had rain. I called the 1 800 number again today march 23, 2021 and the did a complaint but also said it will be delivered today by 12 noon. the Fedex did not deliver my package at all. Phone support is a literal nightmare! Standing in the fed ex office with a prepaid bill of landing number and a "account number" is needed to receive the package. In a normal company this would be a 2 min phone call. Here I call fed ex, talk to Asians not American, totally unable to understand what I'm talking about, and leave without shipping the package. I have been trying to call and contact someone over one of there trucks. If I would not have slammed my brakes we would have collided. He turned in front of me as I was driving down the road. I had to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting the back of his truck!!! read more

I always thought these people had it together, but here is my story. I was due a shipment on October 30th, and since I would be away that day, I rescheduled delivery ( at cost of 11.50) to the following day. It did not arrive, website then said today, 11/1. I stayed home all day, as their website said it was on the truck and out for delivery. Then I get a text that a delivery attempt failed, " business closed". It's a house!!! And I was here all day waiting! I am so disgusted, all this because of a change by one day delivery date?! Now, not sure when they will deliver, and I need to be away again tomorrow. Ridiculous. They owe me my package and a refund in my 11.50. I would have been better off with the USPS. read more

My wife and I drop off packages weekly, great customer service with tons of care! We ship with them with absolutely no problem. They also have a automatic door! This makes it suuuuuper easy to bring in large packages. Go FedEx!!! Thanks for making Pueblo great! read more

On my last delivery the driver was very rude and had no mask on. This recent delivery they stated they attempted delivery but now rescheduled for a future date. So I called this center understanding my package was supposed to be delivered between 830am and 230pm I called as they opened asking if the package would be delivered before 1pm as after that nobody would be home. They assured me it would be delivered by 1pm. I even offered if this wasn't possible I would come to the center to get my package instead. 1pm rolled by no package. Called back no explanation no effort to help or right their wrong. Worst customer service I've ever had and a terrible representation of Fed Ex I know I've never had issues with Fed Ex until this center. If you live in Pueblo ship a different way. read more

I am still waiting for a package that was originally scheduled for delivery on Thursday; it's now Sunday. The delivery date got pushed to Friday with no explanation. Then it was changed to Saturday due to an "exception" because of weather. There was no inclement weather on the route from origin to destination; I checked. On Saturday I stayed home all day. I didn't even take my dogs for a decent walk because I didn't want to miss the package (there is a live plant inside). I called FedEx to confirm that the package would be delivered TWICE and was assured each time that it would be delivered. I decided to check the tracking info at around 5:30 and discovered that there was a delivery attempt an hour earlier. THERE WAS NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT!!! I was home for the sole purpose of receiving the package. No one knocked on my door. No one called to see if I was home. Zero attempt was made. Now they're saying it's going to be delivered on TUESDAY! Tuesday?? Monday isn't a holiday. There's no reason given for the extended delay. It's unfortunate that I will be refusing the package altogether now; I don't want a dead plant. I also will not order from the company I ordered from ever again due to their partnership with such a crappy delivery service. USPS from now on. read more

Horrible and terrible customer service! The 2 women at the processing desk were rude and angry! I had a package weighed yesterday. It weighed 14 lbs. I took it in today at they weighed it at 15 + lbs. I complained on the discrepancy and they blew me off and charged me with the heavier price. Only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because I can't rate it zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I live in Colorado Springs and had to get off work early to drive the 45 min to get to this center to get an urgent pkg. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it by the time they closed so I called to see if they would stay open for an extra 2 minutes, they refused. I ended up making it there a few minutes prior to scheduled closing time and they had already closed and refused to open the door. Apparently FedEx policy is if the customer isn't there during the hours that they decide to be there, then F%CK the customer. F%CK This location and F%CK FedEx.
