    Not bad for Staples, prices are a little much, but staff is friendly here sometimes. OK office store for Pueblo.

    A bit pricey but very good customer service. The rep helped me with printing and faxing. I would recommend this business.

    Horrible company!!! Do not go here. Had my iphone and Ipad screens "fixed" by this company while on…read morevacation. By the time I made it back to Los Angeles BOTH screens were broken. The iphone screen had a HUGE yellow circle on the top left hand corner. They Ipad screen has dead spots throughout the screen. Contacted customer service and they said that they didnt have any locations in California so there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could send me a new screen and they said I was out of my 14 day warranty. So basically these guys have crappy products and do not stand by them. The guy on the phone was a jerk and just said sorry, we took your 240 bucks and there nothing you can do now. Well I had to go get both fixed by a reputable company that cost me an additional 175 bucks. Stay away from this booth, they do not stand by their products and cost me WAY too much money and time.

They said the part would be in in 3 to 5 business days but after two weeks they had run out of excuses for why my part wasn't there and finally admitted they had never ordered the part. Within ten minutes of me being there, there were five other groups with the same problem. People are paying for the parts and the service of getting their phone fixed ahead of time and then they don't even order the part after weeks???! I as well as others who were there complaining asked for a refund and finally they agreed to have a check sent in the mail for my refund but I still haven't received it and they ignore all of my phone calls. I've called probably 20 times. There is another review on Google of this place that some poor girl said she caught them looking through her pictures and videos when they were supposed to be fixing her phone. The mall did nothing about any of these issues. This company is a scam do not give them your money. They are obviously doing something else with the money and fixing phones here and there to make it seem legit. I wish I could give negative stars.

    I brought Cellairis my phone when the charging port broke and my phone wouldn't charge. I told them…read morethree separate times that my Mother had just passed away when my phone broke. I told them that her saved voicemails, our last in person conversation recordings and photos of her last six months of life were on that phone along with other important documents etc. I spoke to the owner, his girlfriend and the other male employee. I told them all the same thing. I pleaded with them to please be careful as to not delete any of them because I hadn't been able to save any of them yet. To make a long story short, the owner reset my phone and completely wiped everything off of it. I will never get to hear my Mother's voice again because of what they did. When I got my phone back the first time, the phone still wouldn't charge and had a new problem, some kind of electrical issue. The phone had some new electrical glitch. At that point you could still see that the information was on the phone. I talked to the owner, he insisted that my phone was able to charge and had been fixed. Which clearly it hadn't been. It was either bring it back to him to fix or lose the $100 I already paid them to fix it. So I brought it back to them. A mistake I now regret. I After the owner looked at it, he still maintained that there wasn't a problem and that they fixed it. At this point I gave up, and just decided that when I got back home I would take it somewhere else to fix. Once I got home, I mailed them a $28 check to overnight my fully charged phone back to me so that I could get my information off of it. When I got my phone it had been completely reset and wiped clean. I am heartbroken. My experience with this company was the single worst experience I have ever had. This business owner is an immature kid, that has no problem lying to you. I hope this review is enough to stop someone else from experiencing what I have. I have all of my phone conversions with Cellairis recorded. The owner was caught on recording lying to me multiple times. The owner even told me that he didn't reset or wipe my phone after I asked him if he did when he was repairing it. He asked me for my Blackberry ID, which I thought was unusual to need since the phone never required it unless it was a brand new phone or had been reset. This experience was heartbreaking. I am completely devestated that I lost my Mother's voice and I will never get to hear it again. I got no apology from Cellairis for what they did. What they took from me can't ever be replaced. I wouldn't recommend anyone taking anything to them.
