Michael, the owner, 'fixed' my phone screen and left its unusable. I couldn't take photos , make calls, and the touch was not calibrated. I messaged michael a few times to get the problem fixed and he either a. Did not respond to me b. Tell me he'll come at some point in the day and did not show up. I understand he runs a business but I can't sit around all day day with a phone that doesn't work that I use to talk to people I work with. After no luck I went to get a new phone because my bosses were not happy I couldn't answer the phone. The guy at the Verizon store informed me that my account and Phone are blacklisted from Verizon because the pins on the eSIM were bent/damaged that indicates attempts to jail break the phone.... I messaged Michael again for about a month trying to get my money back and he a. Either would make some story about how the refund wasn't processing or b. YOU GUESSED IT not respond to me I truly do not understand how someone can run a business like this breaking peoples property and not have the INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!! To own up to mistakes and just process a refund. Customer service was abysmal. I had to buy a new phone and he isn't giving me 500$ for a service that didn't meet a standard. I told them that her saved voicemails, our last in person conversation recordings and photos of her last six months of life were on that phone along with other important documents etc. I spoke to the owner, his girlfriend and the other male employee. I told them all the same thing. I pleaded with them to please be careful as to not delete any of them because I hadn't been able to save any of them yet. To make a long story short, the owner reset my phone and completely wiped everything off of it. I will never get to hear my Mother's voice again because of what they did. When I got my phone back the first time, the phone still wouldn't charge and had a new problem, some kind of electrical issue. The phone had some new electrical glitch. At that point you could still see that the information was on the phone. I talked to the owner, he insisted that my phone was able to charge and had been fixed. Which clearly it hadn't been. It was either bring it back to him to fix or lose the $100 I already paid them to fix it. So I brought it back to them. A mistake I now regret. I After the owner looked at it, he still maintained that there wasn't a problem and that they fixed it. At this point I gave up, and just decided that when I got back home I would take it somewhere else to fix. Once I got home, I mailed them a $28 check to overnight my fully charged phone back to me so that I could get my information off of it. When I got my phone it had been completely reset and wiped clean. I am heartbroken. My experience with this company was the single worst experience I have ever had. This business owner is an immature kid, that has no problem lying to you. I hope this review is enough to stop someone else from experiencing what I have. I have all of my phone conversions with Cellairis recorded. The owner was caught on recording lying to me multiple times. The owner even told me that he didn't reset or wipe my phone after I asked him if he did when he was repairing it. He asked me for my Blackberry ID, which I thought was unusual to need since the phone never required it unless it was a brand new phone or had been reset. This experience was heartbreaking. I am completely devestated that I lost my Mother's voice and I will never get to hear it again. I got no apology from Cellairis for what they did. What they took from me can't ever be replaced. I wouldn't recommend anyone taking anything to them.
