Man, we were luck to find this shop. Adam gave me a fair evaluation of the situation and several options, was quick to contact me with updates and helpful suggestions (e.g., a Black Friday sale in case I wanted to grab a new laptop for him to clone my old one onto) and took care of everything for me. Since we were visiting from out of town, I took the simplest option, but Adam would gladly have done more for me and gotten it done quickly and with a friendly demeanor.
