The staff has never made me feel like a hassle or problem. This time around, in addition to dropping off my Amazon returns, I needed color copies made for a project that I've been working on. The young lady who helped me was such a darling and so patient with me as I communicated the exact configurations I needed for my copies. I believe each colored copy was around $0.70-0.80 depending on the paper size - totalling my 5 copies to be around $4. I was a bit apprehensive about getting copies made but this painless experience has made me excited for any future copies/paper needs I might have. Take multiple…read moredays off work, wait around all day each time, and watch them show up with the wrong doors anyway. That's been my last 14 months. Over a year and I still cant get what I ordered!! I bought my house at the end of July 2025. The seller had purchased four doors from Lowe's, with installation scheduled for October 2025. When the installers finally showed up, every single door was wrong. I was unable to get ahold of the seller to make it right and re order so the fight fell on me -- I had to push for a refund, as they didnt want to give it to me, to turn around and repurchase all four doors in my own name. That should have been the hard part. It wasn't. Since repurchasing, Lowe's contractors have been to my home at least five times. I've taken multiple days off work to be home for these appointments -- sitting around waiting, rearranging my schedule -- only for the installers to show up with the wrong size, the wrong swing, the wrong color and a damaged dooe that was installed. Every single time something was wrong, and every single time I'd burned a day off for nothing. As of today, October 2026, only two of the four doors are installed correctly. A third was installed damaged -- so a replacement had to be ordered however it never came. On September 11, 2026, I'd had enough and requested a full refund. Over a month later, I'm still waiting. Lowe's customer service is a runaround: long holds, nobody with answers, no follow-up, no resolution. Over a year into this and they can't even process a refund and the door that they installed damaged is now my fault and they are refusing to give me a full refund for it. The tally: 14+ months. At least five installer visits. Multiple days off work wasted. Two doors still not installed correctly. One refund still not issued. Mind you these doors are simple standard doors. Lowes contractors were the ones who measured the doors to begin with. I had to call them back out after 2 doors were installed because they were rubbing and needed to still be "rigged" to close properly. Ive NEVER in all my years experienced customer service this horrible. If you're thinking about using Lowe's for doors or ANYTHING, save yourself the headache and just go elsewhere. They dont care about their customers veteran or not.

We receive all the mail for everyone else in the building, and do not receive our own mail. I can only assume our mail is being delivered to someone who lives in the building, which as a law firm is VERY concerning. They have not delivered, for example, mail from Attorney Regulation (our yearly bar cards) for either of the attorneys in our office, which we need to visit incarcerated clients. We have complained, and they will not fix it. I have tried to call and they do not answer the phone and do not have an answering machine or voicemail. I can only assume this is deliberate, because they also would not deliver mail to our previous office. If you wonder why people want to defund the post office: THIS OFFICE IS THE REASON.
