They are under new ownership and the new owner seems very nice. I can tell there is a genuine want to make it better. Like any laundromat there are washers and dryers out of order here and there but for the most part there is a washer for every size and and budget. You can use a debit/ credit card on some of the washers and dryers for those that don't want to carry change around. There are a fair share of transients asking for money in the parking lot area but that's the neighborhood, can't do much about that. You don't know everyone's story so no judgment there. All in all it's a pretty good place.

I resumed it and it just said pay now I already paid my money I asked for help. The first lady was nice enough to help and see what was wrong then she got hurt her boss and her boss came with an attitude right away, she said I didn't pay and I told her I wouldn't come up here. I just lie to your guises face she accused me of lying to her. She said she'll go over the cameras she said she's a supposedly did and she didn't see me put money in or she didn't see me in the section that I was at, so I find it disappointing that they don't care to really help you or at least refund you for your money that you put in she was recording me. I asked her to not record me. She did not give me any money back. She did not she wasn't nice she was not nice at all. And then she left she did not want to deal with the situation like a real business person.
