The majority of the folks working are among the most hateful and rude people I've encountered in my lifetime. I feel bad for the lady working who could be the other employees mother, a couple of the younger folks have been extremely condescending and hateful to her while I've been in there. There is no reason to be hateful to customers or coworkers. Its disgraceful staff is allowed to behave in the manner they do. Unfortunately unless you want to drive another 15-20 min each way, this store will continue to stay open and employees will likely continue to be hateful. If the job is that miserable, as I'm sure not everyone is cut out for high volume returns, the management should coach and replace folks who can't at least be civil.

My apartments are often inaccessible due to others locking our entry door during the day, and I sometimes worry about things getting stolen. This takes care of both of those issues. Perfect. Imagine my surprise to have the cherry on top of cheery, lovely service every.single.time. I come in (which is fairly frequently). The business appears to be family owned, and they've got a litany of other services I wouldn't hesitate to ask for, if needed. Whenever I have a package to pickup, it's always quick, efficient, and with a smile- what more could you ask for? I'll be sad to move in a few short months, but I've appreciated these folks alot in the time I've been able to use them. Fair pricing, wonderful people. Thank you!

if you only read the first part of this review, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR DO BUSINESS WITH THESE…read morePEOPLE, they prey upon military members. I rented a 6x12 trailer on august 2, 2023 for a (military) ONE WAY MOVE. I picked up the trailer and I thought all was good. So fast forward two days to my drop off. Keep in mind I picked up in falcon Colorado for a ONE WAY MOVE to Cheyenne Wyoming Due to military transfer (USAFA TO FE WARREN AFB) So I am now in Cheyenne Wyoming and empty the trailer and go to return it. I drop it off (I even had it back early) no problem. Next thing I know I have a (unauthorized) charge on my credit card for almost double the rental fee. I call, text, email multiple times to find out WTH is going on. It seems the lady in the office did my rental as a in town not one way. So I was told when I called I needed to return the trailer to Colorado Springs Even though I was now in Wyoming And had ALREADY dropped off the trailer days earlier. I explained my reservation I did online was for a one way rental. It seems the lady had problems pulling up my reservation or some other "computer problem" so she had to "manually " input my rental. Well she put it in as a in town rental not a one way. They offered no apologies nor any refund for THEIR MISTAKE. I filed a claim with my credit card company to try and get my money back. I am still dealing with this. Bottom line is these people are not honest and do not admit their mistakes and prey upon military members moving. All I want is an apology and the $325 back that I was charged as a "wrong drop off location fee" I advise all military members to stay as far away from this place as possible. After researching this incident more within the military community of Colorado Springs, I discovered this particular uhaul location is known for doing this And has been reported several times. If they know it is a military move they claim there is an issue with the online reservation and they need to enter it themselves manually. When they enter the reservation they change the rental type from "one way" to "in town" thus allowing them to charge an additional fee for "wrong drop off location" Notice on my attached document my signature is not there because I was not aware of the charge when I dropped it off. Also you can see where the entry method was "manual " proving my point that they did an override on my online reservation and changed it to in town from one way. The blacked out sections are my credit card number and my printed name below the signature line.
