Been in here multiple times, because it's the only place to drop off Amazon returns if you live in the eastern part of the county. The majority of the folks working are among the most hateful and rude people I've encountered in my lifetime. I feel bad for the lady working who could be the other employees mother, a couple of the younger folks have been extremely condescending and hateful to her while I've been in there. There is no reason to be hateful to customers or coworkers. Its disgraceful staff is allowed to behave in the manner they do. Unfortunately unless you want to drive another 15-20 min each way, this store will continue to stay open and employees will likely continue to be hateful. If the job is that miserable, as I'm sure not everyone is cut out for high volume returns, the management should coach and replace folks who can't at least be civil. read more

I bought my brother-in-law some Pokémon cards from the UPS store for Christmas, and they turned out to all be fake. I thought that maybe the store didn't know and it was just a mistake. Turns out they did know. The daughter of the owner told me there was a "replica" tag on the box, which she wasn't able to locate for me. Then when the manager came she told me that they had no way of knowing it was fake. They told me they weren't going to refund me, and as I was walking away I looked back and the two girls were laughing about it. This UPS store is a joke. Example: The manager gal (does an awesome job) when working alone (the only employee working) will double task Amazon returns (quick scan-type stuff) on a separate computer instead of making dozens of waiting customers (mostly Amazon returns) wait in line. Today , The short, pudgy gal when working alone; let the line of customers stretch straight out the door. Early this afternoon, over 20 minutes in line, a customer asked her if she might login to another computer to scan Amazon returns and she replied "I can only complete one task at a time". When that customer finally was finally being helped, he suggested to her that it might be easier to perhaps scan Amazon returns on the TWO OTHER SPARE COMPUTERS... The gal became very snotty and replied, "That's not how I was trained sir".. rude, inappropriate response from an EMPLOYEE. So it was my turn and she made a smart remark about that gentleman and I told her that was rude. She replied, "I am only trained to perform one task on one computer at a time." I explained that I've seen the store manager do that MANY times. What a snotty rude employee. Needs to be let go. Ridiculous. read more

I've had a box here since they opened. I've seen the store go through many owners, about one a year. This current one is just awful! She is never there. She puts ONE incompetent lady in charge. This means every one waits! ALSO, this gal does not know how to do most anything. I had a print job that would have been $800, and the gal said "I don't know how to do that, you have to come back tomorrow when the owner is here". REALLY? On another day I had a shipment and this same young lady, who does not speak English very well, said "freight? what is this word freight?". She did not know what the word Freight meant, much less how to do it. again lost income and mad customers. This does not seem to bother the manager - she's never there. In the past, they've had good managers, who were on site, friendly and smart (and spoke English). At this writing, who ever this owner is needs to sell and move on as she is giving UPS a very bad reputation. Moving my PO box will be a royal hassle, but must do that also as they are that bad. UPS Store area manager really needs to know what is going on in this store! I will never return because of Neysa!!! A small town/business owner knows better than to keep an employees who continually seems to be disrespectful and unprofessional to their customers ( please see other reviews, that are not from me), but in this case it seems that they choose to keep the same employee so I guess they will keep losing business. I've been in the store multiple times and every time Neysa is extremely rude, but I normally just brush it off as she's having a bad day. However, today was the last straw! I went in to make a color copy of my photo ID and Social Security card and I needed the front and back on the same page. I went in with my infant daughter who was in her car seat and as Neysa approaches I placed the car seat on the ground by the printer where I was standing. I asked her for help as I don't know how to run the copy machine and she seem to have no problem with it. She did asked me to step back due to Covid which I was absolutely fine doing ( I was wearing a mask) and as she started working my daughter started to cry so I took one step forward to grab my daughter's car seat and she immediately got upset that I got close to her and started mouthing off! I was literally only grabbing my daughters car seat to put her closer to me so she would stop screaming, but I did apologize. Honestly, if that was the only thing that happen I would not be writing this. After multiple tries of attempting what I requested she still couldn't get both copies on the same page and said " I can't do this " and proceeded to throw the additional copies in the trashcan next to her, not the shred can, the trashcan. I nicely said I will take those copies and destroy them myself since they have my Social Security number and my drivers license on it. She immediately got even more upset and said " no, they're fine there." I again said that is my private information and I do not want it left in the trashcan, she got upset grabbed all the papers my ID and shoved them at me and said "you figure this out " and just went to the back. When she finally came back out she asked me what I wanted ( rudely of course ) and I asked her if the other girl there could do what I needed. She immediately cut me off while I was talking and said "you have to figure it out." I went to pay for what I needed shipped and of course she was automatically rude, tried to charge me for the envelope even though I clearly walked in with it and had it pre-filled out and then had the audacity to charge me for the copies that she screwed up, even though that's her job. Then she asked me what was in the envelopes and I said paperwork and she asked specifically. I said specifically none of your business, I realize that was not the most adult thing to do however at this point she had pushed me way over the edge. In all the times I've mailed, thousands of packages with UPS, FedEx, USPS, NO ONE has ever asked me what specifically is on my paperwork. It was a flat manila envelope. I asked to talk to her manager and she said no and I said then I would like the number of the owner and she said you can call the store and talk to them. I went on to say "so when I call this store, the store I am literally standing in, I'm going to be able to talk to the manager or owner, but I can't talk to a manager or owner now? She just said " yes." She was so incredibly rude I can't even believe it! I do not know how you can have this many bad reviews on one employee and they still be employed there. I much rather drive an extra 20 miles to the next store instead of dealing with her, she is seriously one of the rudest people I've ever met in my life. We love to support small businesses, but until this issue is fixed we will not be returning. read more

Every time we go here the employees are so rude. My husband sends shipments several times a week, and we switched to a FedEx. Today, we have a customer that has a UPS account. So, we thought we would give them another shot since we live in Falcon, and would love to just go here, but the lady on the phone was so rude that we would rather drive to another UPS location instead of deal with her. The people working here are rude as hell, they all speak another language right in front of you. The Rude owner of the store has hired all people who speak her language too so they just constantly talk their language in front of customers which is beyond rude. I didn't have my amazon package label with me, the lady goes we can print it for you and then wanted 1.66 for printing their own label! (You should have informed me of a charge before printing a label) Must be nice to make money off yourself like that. I told them to keep the label and went to another location because they are so rude and condescending. I also spoke called corporate and will be speaking with the local district manager I found on linked in. Edit: I went to the store off woodmen and they took great care of me. I would recommend this store. If Orli is working you are guaranteed great service. I had over 200 pages I needed printed and hole pinched. Orli was patient with the process and she inspected each page to ensure it was printer clearly and hole pounced. I needed to send a time-sensitive piece of mail. The USPS considered "over-night" anything within 48 hours, so can't use them. I go to THIS store to mail this, and am told the item is guaranteed delivered by 10:30 am the next day (it must arrive by noon). I have to give one star just because I need to write a review. I use this business mostly to drop off or pick up packages . And most of the times the employees there are friendly and helpful. Till I met Sandy, I had pickup packages when this person is working there and she has always being kind of rude and short to me but I was like no big deal. But today was different. I got and email notification that my package has been deliver to the store so I went to pick it up and to drop off another package and Sandy was there and when I said I have a package to pick up she give me a look and then she goes to "look" for my package and with a very rude actitud she tells me she has nothing for me, so I said I got a notification my package was deliver she said No I have nothing here for you. So I walk out to my Car to get my phone to show her the email. Go back to the store and I show her the email that mention Sandy sign for the package at 11:35 am and she said No I don't have anything for you this is all he left me and I didn't Sign for anything he said I didn't need to(he referring to the UPS driver) She turns and with the same rude actitud she said you want to look for you package go for it. So I did and I found my package in those boxes she just told me she has nothing for me. I proceed to sign for my package and she said good you have your package you can go. So I said why are so so rude to me, what is your problem? She said I have no problem and when Ali ask about her name again she said and I am also the Manager and the owner. So needless to said I can't even report it to her superiors because she is the owner. That is so unfortunate because she can get away with what she does to people. I had never being disrespectful with any of them and I don't see why she acts that way. Owning a business doesn't give you the right to treat people like trash, and to lie to people about their packages. No matter how you word it when you start your transaction, they will never give you the lowest price option. I can say, "I don't care if it takes a month to get there, give me the cheapest shipping option".... they will always respond with, "We can get it there by tomorrow for $110.00". They will continue to go down the list of shipping options from highest to lowest, cost wise. They get about halfway down the list and act like that is the cheapest rate until you get frustrated and say that you'll just drive to the post office, then they magically have an inexpensive $14 way to ship your package. Save your time and go over to the newer Postal Annex by Safeway. They are upfront, listen to your questions and do not pressure you to ship in the most expensive way. read more

I needed several return authorizations from Amazon and a form from my auto dealer. Terry helped me get the forms from my email printed out, made sure the correct return authorizations were with the correct items being returned and I was able to fget the form for my auto dealer , fill it out at home and fax it from the store the following day. The prices were a bit more than getting copies made at the library, but the convenience and friendly help made up for that a little bit.Also, when I sent the fax, the gentleman working (Sorry,did not get your name)! tried to help me keep costs down by not using a cover sheet. Unfortunately, since it was being sent Attn to: I did need the cover sheet. I will definitely use them again, if the need arises. read more

Previous reviews calling them THIEVES are correct. We tried them this week for the first time and they charged my husband **$80 EACH** for two boxes (medium sized, not too heavy - could easily hold each one in one arm), 6 days before Christmas, saying it was the ONLY way to get them there on time. Let that sink in... $160 for two boxes! The contents of the boxes were not even worth $80. We have a small business and do a lot of shipping and I guarantee the post office would not have charged more than $15-20 each, even expedited (which it shouldn't have needed to be, at 6 days before Christmas). My husband, bless his heart, was just trying to follow directions and get them sent off quickly before we had to leave for work that day. Had I been there I would have said "Are you out of your freakin minds?!?!" This was unconscionable highway robbery... at Christmas time, no less. We will never, EVER be back. read more

I called to get an estimate on shipping, and the girl I spoke with was so rude and unprofessional that I ended up hanging up. I also went in recently to pick up my resume and cover letter I ordered online as a print job and needed for a job interview later that day. My confirmation e-mail said it would be ready at 1:30. I went in at 1:40 and the employee had no knowledge of the printing job. He looked it up and said he got too busy to fill the job and I would have to wait another 20 minutes for it. Needless to say, I will not be going here again. read more

Customer service is definitely not high on this locations list of things that are important. Went to the store to request a package be shipped to another UPS Store to be picked up there vs. at home location due to porch thefts. Worker was very helpful. Looked up a UPS Store close to where I needed...shipped it off. Package made it to the store, but this is where the train come off the track. Receiving store gave the package to someone else. Only found out because the unintended receiver called me...said he'd return it to the store. I called the Falcon UPS store to get info on the store it was shipped to. Wanted to make sure we got things back on track. Explained it to the female employee on duty. Couldn't have been more rude. Told me she could give me an address "I" shipped it to. Explained that I needed a phone number, as it's another UPS Store and they are the ones that shipped it to that address. Said they don't have that info. This prompted me to drive up and address in person. This is where it was explained that the employee (the helpful one) who looked up the address of the UPS Store, shouldn't have done that. It was my responsibility to provide that info. I know...crazy to expect one UPS Store to help you ship to another UPS Store. When I asked for a phone number for the other UPS Store, I was asked why I didn't google it. I don't know...maybe because I thought one UPS Store would have the number to another UPS Store, especially since it was a store they looked up and shipped the damn package to in the first place. The employee eventually did look up a number; however, by then my fun meter was pegged. Took the number and left before I lost my mind. Now working with the other store in another state to fix the issue. My recommendation to anyone considering using this location...don't. Be less painful to drive your package across the country personally then dealing with this individual. Over reacting...A bit. But, look at the other reviews...make your own decision and don't say you weren't warned. read more

I've been using this UPS store for about 9 months for my PO box and some shipping. They are very friendly, and unlike another reviewer says, they do not pressure you into buying the expensive shipping method. The store is always clean and very professional.
