I don't leave negative reviews very often but I'm motivated tonight. Had Nate and his apprentice…read morebrother come to do a garbage disposal a new trap under the other sink. They also installed two new faucets. He was friendly but very overpriced. I was desperate with no sink and I think he sensed it. Charged me $800 and was at the house for 2 hours. When I asked him why he charges $400/hr he just shrugged and said that's my rate, knowing I had no other convenient options. (BTW, I bought the garbage disposal and faucets myself at Lowe's. He only installed them.) This was enough to make me never use him again. However, in the past several months two of the joints on the line from the disposal and the other sink have literally come loose (as in come apart) because they were not adequately tightened) causing water to flow suddenly from the cupboard into the kitchen and the utility line in the basement. I wish Nate no ill, but he needs to adjust his thinking about quality and value if he is going to stay in business.

If you're looking for a trusted company for plumbing services, emergency plumbing, water damage restoration, remediation, or heating services, I highly recommend Wild Water Plumbing Heating Cooling. I had a second floor bathroom toilet plumbing leak into my living room right before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I also had family visiting during the toilet leak and their company and scheduler was able to get me on their BUSY schedule 2 days after I called for service on a Sunday afternoon through American Home Shield - home warranty. By 6/30 Tuesday at 8AM, there was a plumber over to assess the situation. Then a remediation team arrived later that day. The home was remediated and cleaned up for a few days. Their attention to detail even with the plastic draping to protect the contents inside the home was very much appreciated. Their exceptional customer service and dedication to doing the job right truly set them apart. I will definitely refer them to family and friends for any future plumbing or restoration needs. A special Mahalo Nui Loa - Thank you very much to the WWPHC team Robert - plumber, Zach Duncan and Garron for their hard work and professionalism. Appreciate you three so much for going above and beyond over the hectic holiday week. Note as of Friday, 7/3 - the remediation services were completed but the reset of the toilet by their plumber will be completed after the holiday weekend and after the tile is set in the bathroom *I can update this review after the plumber resets the toilet in my bathroom.

Olson was supposed to service my Triangle Tube boiler due to a product recall. After the "repair"…read morewas done (there are now new problems caused by their "repairs"), I was sent a bill in excess of $800. Triangle Tube had informed me that they would provide the parts and cover all expenses. Olson said that was incorrect and that I had to pay for all labor and travel costs. I indicated that I didn't think it was right that I had to pay anything because of a recall. Olson said they would reduce the amount down to $400. Triangle Tube said that was ABSOLUTELY wrong. All Olson had to do was submit the required paperwork and they would be compensated. They sent emails to Olson (I was copied on those emails) indicating the above AND they spoke to them on the phone. So you would think this issue was resolved. But no, today I receive a past due notice for $400. I would not/will not use them for anything in the future and would certainly NEVER recommend them to anyone!
