I sent it back. It was returned with black fuzz still embedded. I sent it back again. Same result. At this point I noticed this new sweater that I had only worn twice was fraying around the edges from the cleaners working on removing the black fuzz. I requested to submit a claim and was told to wait until I got the sweater back a third time. I returned to the cleaners twice after the date they told me the sweater would be ready, and it was not ready. I asked again to submit a claim and was told to wait until they received the sweater back. On my 6th time there, the sweater was ready to be picked up. The black spots were finally gone, but the sweater no longer looked new. I asked if there was any compensation they were able to do, and they said there was not, beyond crediting my account $10 (which does not help, as I have no plans to ever return to this business). I advise to not take a chance here. Meanwhile, I brought clothes to Tide on Centennial and the clothes were ready the next day with no issues.

Store manager said they could do that but it wouldn't make any difference and argued the point that the shirt looked bad. Their QC seems to have declined over the past several years. Took the shirt to another cleaners & they re-did the placket perfectly - no argument. Bottom line, I don't have time to argue over obviously poor workmanship.
