First time using their service. Had a sports coat, two pairs of dress slacks dry cleaned. Very nice work. Also had both pairs of slacks hummed as they were unraveling badly. Did very nice work on them as well. All work requested was to be ready at 4:00 pm the day before my wife and myself were to fly out of DIA. Went to pick them up and the slacks were not ready had to come back the next day at 9:00 am. Thankfully we made our flight. We will use them again as the work was very good & really tried their best to meet my needs. read more

Everything you ever wanted in a dry cleaners!! Love the lady that takes my clothes. I never have to tell her my name, I just walk in make eye contact and drop my clothes. She must have a fantastic memory. They are so sweet here. And do great alterations. They always have my clothes on time and work with me if I need something in a rush. read more

Very unprofessional and blatant favoritism for other customers. First and last time going here. I dropped off 2 jackets and the owner said it would take 2 weeks...I thought that was a long time but figured they were busy. I come back two weeks later and the same man can't find my jackets, he's looking around and around and then finally apologizes and says he'll call me back. I wait a whole day, and he never called back. The following day I show up to pick up my jackets, hoping he didn't lose them. When I get there another man has just walked in ahead of me with a green bag full of clothes. The customer and the owner greet each other warmly and exchange some small talk--it's apparent they already know each other. The customer doesn't wait for the owner to say when the clothes will be ready...the CUSTOMER TELLS the owner "I'll come by Saturday, okay?" and the owner agrees. Granted, I don't know what kind of services the customer needed, but even so, his bag that's FULL of clothes was a lot more than my two jackets and yet today (Thursday) the owner was agreeable to have all those items in the bag ready in 2 days...but told me 2 weeks? And he couldn't find my jackets when I showed up? It gets better. When I tell him I'm here to pick up my jackets...he starts looking around for my jackets AGAIN. He apologizes, and then just stands there. Awkwardly. Nothing is happening. I finally just tell him I need my jackets so I can leave. I don't know what he thought was going to happen? He starts looking again and FINALLY finds them and then has the nerve to tell me to come back at 3pm because they're not ready. I tell him how is it it's only two articles of clothing and he says to give him 2 weeks, yet that customer that just left dropped off a big bag of who knows how many articles of clothing and he's going to get that done in 2 days? And then how he (the owner) said he'd call me but never did? If he did, he could've given me an update but since he never called, I instead have to keep driving back and forth? No thank you. I got my jackets and left. I'm not going back and I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

We have used this cleaners for many years. Everything is beautifully cleaned and pressed and on time. Their repairs and tailoring have also been awesome, everything from replacing zippers to refitting a youth symphony dress that was completely unwearable as purchased. They are friendly, welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable, everything you could want in a small business. read more

I've been coming to this place for a while and after owners changed, I am having better experience! Current owners are so kind and nice and always welcome me with a big smile. All my clothes get cleaned very well and I never go to other cleaners due to so many reasons. I've been to a number of different cleaners in CO and never had this pleasing experience. Pleased by this family-owned dry cleaner which is conveniently located right off of the highway. One-day cleaning service was great. I also put in a few pants that needed some hemming, one of which I needed for that evening. The woman-owner in the front kindly accepted a same-day hemming with no extra cost! When I went to pick up my shirts the next day, a man in the back, who seemed to be the husband of the woman from the previous day, brought out my shirts with a big smile. English was a little broken but good enough to have a cordial conversation. He emphasized the "no-chemical cleaning" as he gave me my shirts, which I assume is better for my health. Shirts turned out clean and crisp. Always happy to help a family-owned small business. read more

Had my dry cleaning done by Royal Cleaners with very poor results; the clothes smelled so soapy they could not be worn. When I visited the store on two separate occasions to complain, I was informed they would be glad to redo the job, but at full price. They completely failed to stand behind their work. I will never use this cleaner again. read more

Do not ever bring anything of value to this place. Nothing that you wouldn't be ready to throw away right after their "cleaning." Not only the quality of their service is very bad, they have SUPER-RUDE staff who yelled at me when I brought back my expensive coat from Amsterdam that they ruined. I did not even get a little apology, let alone a compensation for this garment. It is a light, almost silvery gray coat that is now - after these cleaners had their time with it - extensively stained with pink dye. The sharp-tongued person at the counter yelled that I should have cleaned it myself, as a house-wife. Ehm, ???, I'm a hard-working business executive. They don't care if I take my business elsewhere or post a review on their service. While I was standing there, another person came to complain - he brought back an item with a busted zipper.
