Rude "tough guy" at counter gets a mean tone if you "bother" him .... Even though the place is empty. I found using Arial Lavanderia's machines was DEFINITELY a learning process, and think anyone would have questions about how to navigate their system? I guess the attendant thinks keeping the place clean is his only job ? He is obviously tired and vexed from explaining how to wash clothes through their confusing computerized central kiosk. . I also don't like having to create a profile & password and share my credit card info to wash my clothes. read more

Still impossible to use & the MOST EXPENSIVE MACHINES AROUND . NoW, the attendant is ALSO aggressively toned about "you should use a credit card here "' oh right ... download an app , Give them a bunch of private info and access to your bank account?! I think not . If you do use cash They CHOOSE TO NOT GIVE CHANGE AND ROUND UP the to the next dollar the AMOUNT?!?!?Literally stealing from their own customers. It's hard to feel you are getting treated fairly here ? This is a very nice and clean facility! They have 3 different sizes washing machines and dryers. They have large spacious tables for you to fold (they fold for you too if needed) and sell detergent and dryer sheets. It's a cashless facility so no coins are needed. They have restrooms and provide complimentary WIFI, water and coffee. I would highly recommend washing your clothes here especially if you are visiting CO. read more

So excited that I found this laundromat on Baptist Road, just across from the King sooper! I have some things that are too big for my home washer and dryer... And they can accommodate the big stuff! Jennifer and Joseph were so very helpful in getting me set up for success. Don't bother bringing a bag full of coins as everything is paid for by credit card, either at the kiosk, or you can actually download their app. Although they do not have a dispensing machine for their soaps, just yet, you can get all free and clear for $1.25. I was so excited that they have a fragrance free product! Dies and perfumes are no good for my family! They are closed on Tuesday... But are open 8 AM to 8 PM. You can even drop off your laundry and have them wash and fold for you! Please give these people your business so that they can thrive. They are a brilliant addition to our community! read more

This was the cleanest, most modern, amazing laundromat I have ever seen. While it is a bit more expensive to wash drying was very cheap making up for the extra cost to wash. I hate doing laundry, but this was really an amazing place. And the gentleman running the place, Joseph was extremely nice and very helpful. I'm going back and would highly recommend if you need laundry done it's a good place. read more

This place was great. Granted, I tried to go to Monument Laundry first and couldn't wash the double sleeping bag I was trying to wash due to no machines (very few large capacity and all the ones they did have were out of service.) so I came to Ariel Lavanderia and to my surprise and delight there were many machines available that would fit my sleeping bag! I didn't see one out of service machine, it was steady but not crazy packed on a Sunday afternoon. It was clean and the front desk person (after they realized I was there), was very helpful showing me around. Pay system was easy to figure out with options for how you want your stuff washed, and the machines were very nice (speed queen brand). The machine I chose was clean. Paid $20 for 2 wash cycles for my sleeping bag in a 60lb washing machine. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely go here again next time I need large capacity. read more

So our washing machine died for the second time in the past two months and instead of going to spend all day at Grandma's house washing and drying clothes for 6 to 8 hours again, I remembered seeing Airal Lavaderia across the street from our Daughter's school and decided to try it out. I've honestly never used a laundromat before, and I was a bit nervous about going to one. Upon walking in I was greeted by the friendly staff and shown how to use the laundromat. It is clean, modern, cashless, and they even have nice seating and complimentary coffee, water and juice boxes (which my daughter loved). They also have a gun lounge area with toys, books, puzzles and Xbox, complete with bean bags which my Daughter also approved of! (She said she wants to stay here overnight lol). They have different sized machines, very clean and efficient, and I honestly loved how fast our laundry got done compared to doing it at home even! I highly recommend Aial Lavaderia if you're looking for an upscale, safe and clean experience washing your laundry. read more

I am so thankful this opened. Not only can you drop off and pick up your laundry, but they have fantastic machines to do it yourself. Our dryer recently quit working and I was able to bring all my towels to get dried in one batch. It's clean, well maintained, and has high load capacity machines. I'll be bringing in my comforters next! read more

I went to Arial Lavanderia to wash heavy bedding. It was a very clean and comfortable environment to wait for your wash, even free coffee and juice. Most of all was how helpful the attendant, Joseph, was during the entire time I was there, walking me through using the machines and even helping me carry my clean laundry to my car. On an extended road trip from Atlanta to Denver, we arrived at our lodging in Colorado Springs to discover that it did not have any facility for laundry. We found this place close to us, took them our laundry by nine and had it back by 12. They did a great job even removing a stain from my wife's white shorts. When the laundry was done they texted us and even explained what they tried with the white shirts. The people are very nice, the work was solid and the price reasonable. read more
