This will be the worst review I write in my life. And the most well deserved. My washing machine broke. My twins have to go to high trails in a few hours at this point. I had 30 pounds of laundry. I called and explained my situation. "Yes we can do your laundry for you no problem!" Direct quote. I take my laundry and again I am told my laundry would be done in 2-3 hours. I look at my receipt and the employee had put on my receipt that my clothes would be delivered to me. So I went back in to discuss the clothes one more time. I show up 5 hours later. Clothes not ever washed. Their evening employee was gracious in finding my clothes and giving them back to me. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life. They deserve negative 5 stars. read more

Very clean and staff is very polite and helpful. My mom and I come here on Wednesday for Washing Wednesday, $1 on the 20lbs machines. And recently we're looking at coming on Tuesday where they have a $3 special on the 40 lbs machines. Dryers are well priced, about $2 to $3 to dry depending how big your load is. Different washing machines have different costs, always check before starting. We haven't tried their drop off service as of yet but might do so in the future. read more

We recently moved and currently have to drive to the Springs to do our laundry (30 mins). I arrived on Saturday as they were opening. I was a bit thrown off by the changing prices for warm or hot water but now I know. The washers and the dryers worked great! Thank goodness they had an ATM and change machines. There is a cute little area with some tables and chairs as well as other chairs throughout the room. One issue I did encounter was with a restroom. There are 2 and one was being used so I went to the 2nd one...but alas, the door would not lock. I chose to find a restroom elsewhere. New in town and happy to stumble upon this little gem of a place! We just purchased a washer and dryer but the dryer doesn't work so we're waiting for it to be repaired (waiting over a month but that's a different story!). After letting the laundry pile up for too long we headed to the closest laundromat and it was full and smelled terrible! Not a place you'd like to go to get your clothes clean. So we searched and found this place, just up the road. Just inside the door we met Jerry and she held the doors for us, offered assistance, and was just so pleasant! The place is clean as hell and super cute! While there I found the most gorgeous vending machine I've ever seen! It was full of detergent and bleach and everything was facing forward and it was a total clean freak's OCD dream!! The machines were clean and we even saw Jerry clean a few that people used with heavy dog hair. She ran them empty so that the next person didn't have to deal with it. I've seen a lot of reviews on the prices being high but I get it, you really do get what you pay for. If you want cheap service in dirty machines, then this is not your place. Good news is, my dryer "should" be repaired soon. Better news, I found my new go to place for our oversized comforter every few weeks! read more

So, this is a great place. Very clean and the people are very nice here. The machines work wonderfully and I truly don't have any significant complaints save one. Pricing. The pricing is comparable to other places....BUT.....The one thing that I could not find is the pricing list if you choose to use warm or hot water. The pricing that shows on the machines are for COLD water. If you use warm water expect to pay another 50 cents. Hot water is another dollar on top of the price listed on the machines. Something that they should have advertised/listed somewhere. I looked around and did not see this pricing listed. Went there tonight just to was some oversized bedding. I was going to use their pick up & delivery service for our other oversized bedding to save time and convenience. After dealing with "Anita" who claimed to be the owner, that's not going to happen. This started with a minor issue with a vending machine stealing some quarters without giving us a soda. No big deal. We let the attendant know who said their policy is they have to witness the malfunction. How reasonable is that? We then asked if they can just review the cam footage but said they had no access to it. The attendant said a "manager" was on the way. Ask my wife asked was how long it will take since we're not going to wait around for just a few quarters. She said it wouldn't be long. In walks in Anita. First thing she says to my wife is "I didn't take an hour" which threw us off. My wife tells her what happened. She was condescending and very disrespectful. She made a comment that it was "just a few quarters" I chimed in and just wanted say that it's the principal at this point. I only got 2 words in when she started raising her voice and said it was none of my business. I told her "excuse me" and asked went she's escalating. Hey response was that's she's not and her voice started getting louder. She was losing her mind. She they went to open the machine telling my wife "I just emptied it and it better not be empty". What person who works for the public says that to an adult? I started recording her because her behavior was unbelievable. She did pull the basket and though we had jiggling she said there was nothing in there. She neglected to check the coin wheel for them. She claimed she checked the cameras but only saw my wife's first attempt when she tried using my card that was electronically locked. She didn't go further. From what she said, she didn't even see the footage herself and called someone else. At the end she gave my wife the can. I'm not upset at losing a few quarters, I was more upset at how she treated us. She was unnecessarily hostile. Something didn't seem right about her. I got the vibe that she was mentality unstable to react the way she did. Maybe she's like that thinking she can disrespect ppl there without any consequences. Maybe it's about being in the area she's in, that she can treat ppl who depend on a nearby laundry mat and can't do far to another one. I won't ever go back or give them anymore of my hard earned money just to be treated this way. She could've simply checked the machine thoroughly and the cameras if necessary before she gave an attitude. Can you imagine how she would react if someone came to her with a problem with a machine? A business shows their true colors when something goes wrong that they have to resolve. How they resolve it speaks to their integrity. She failed miserably. I saw some of the negative reviews online which had similar behavior patterns. If they mess up, they don't do the right thing by resolving it. Instead they blame the customer. The review that comes to mind on Google is the one where they never delivered someone's laundry 2 days after the delivery Date and told them they have to come get it. The positive reviews were all from ppl that didn't have anything go wrong. Don't trust this place AT ALL. I feel as soon as something goes wrong, they'll put it on you. Not only will I never go here again but using them for their laundry service is now completely out of the question. I wouldn't be surprised if she managed to delete all negative reviews. I'm not going to be dealing with someone who has an undeserving superiority complex who's nothing more than a big fish in a small puddle. Anita did a great job at killing the positive review I was ready to leave. I won't patronize any business who treats me like this. read more

Happy 4th of July Yes I came to the laundry mat on a holiday. This wasn't my first choice laundromat, my usual place was closed so I came here. It is very clean and the staff is welcoming. The machines are a little bit more expensive than mundial place but nothing to break the bank. No quarters?!? Don't you fret, they have an app you can download and pay via the app. It also shows you the progress with an estimated time of completion. They have plenty of chairs of you wish to wait inside, as well as Elyria outlets to charge your phone or whatever device you carry. read more

Telling me that quarter didn't come from them and refused to exchange it. As I was walking away, I heard her exclaim to her Co workers and other customers, "I know it didn't come from here". Sadly I have to change my review. I had done their pick up and drop off service. I had the worst experience and will never do it again. Half of my clothes were still wet. Half of them not even folded. For $120 for 2 laundry lounge bags and the service to be half assed is really not okay. I come here at least 2-4 times a month. read more

I was really excited for this new laundromat in the neighborhood. They are clean, machines are new, and they offer pay by app for the machines. However, after their soft opening month of December where they offered $1 washes and drying for 25¢ per 15 mins they drastically increased their prices. A 6 load washer now costs $8 for a warm water load. (For example down the road at Green Crest Laundry its $5 per 6 load washer with warm water) They also decreased the time on the dryers from 15 mins per 25¢ to 6mins. I was really expecting them to be more competitive in this neighborhood with 2 other Laundromats in the area. I'm right now very disappointed in their prices. Hopefully they can continue to adjust the prices to match or be comparable with the other local laundromats read more

This is truly the nicest laundry facility I've ever seen. The equipment was all functioning and was clean and well-maintained. The use of an app to pay for machines rather than only traditional coins was very nice, and they had a good selection of detergents and laundry supplies in the machine out front. Fanny was very professional and helpful in explaining their dropoff/pickup/delivery service. It sounds like a great deal if you're looking for that type of service as well. This place is so clean and I like the fact that I can use an app to start the machines without carrying a ton of quarters with me. The attendants are always cleaning the machines. I see the young guy in the evenings quite a bit due to the fact that I go in there at night mostly. He's a friendly guy and helpful when needed. Great experience! Everything was super clean and all of the machines looked new. Had an area to sit down while you wait for your laundry and a restroom. You either pay with quarters, or with the Dexter Pay app with your smart phone. Really easy to use and the attendant inside helped get me all set up. Used the giant washer and that was $8.00. Dryer was .25 cents for 7 minutes. I think that's very reasonable! Attendant was so incredibly sweet and helpful. Wonderful clean facility. read more

The following is the exact same review I placed on Google. Let me be Frank this place deserves a negative rating. Please be aware this place lacks a mgmt. structure. They lost 3 of our 4 clothing bags and it took a week to track 2 of the 3 lost bags down but in the meanwhile we couldn't get a Manager to return a call because as helpful as the front desk attendant tried to be she absolutely did not know what to do in this situation and unfortunately, only a Mgr could resolve our issue. It's been over 3 weeks now and we have yet to receive a call from anyone to replace or find out 3rd laundry bag. This bag contained all my wife's expensive undergarments and brand new dresses which she purchased for our vacation. At this point this is theft because they charged us and kept our clothing. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE because they don't care if they lose your clothing nor do they do the right thing and to compensate you for your lost clothing. They are THIEVES! read more
