I didn't event know how to put the soap in - it's on the top. For the jumbo washers you have to grab the stool. The staff is very helpful and upbeat. You wouldn't think you'd find that at a laundromat. Like other reviews have said, there are tons of machines, everything is clean, they have free wifi, snacks, drinks and a TV. It can get crowded on free dryer day, other discounted or giveaway days but even when it's busy it's not too much.

I'm done. I'm never coming back!!! Most mediocre laundromat…read moreever. It often stinks here, like farts and musty water, and on occasion natural gas. Like bad natural gas. Last time I had a brand new sock get its strings pulled out by one of the machines. This time I had a sock get stained yellow. Half the machines are broken at any given time, some have the coin slots broken, others have the card slots broken, mostly they're just broken with a little sign saying you can't use it, sometimes they don't even have a sign! This time I had to listen to one of the employees slack off and not work on the laundry that other people pay the laundromat to wash, and talk loudly with a customer about her friends and family's problems for at least 45 minutes. That's my final straw. So I'm done I'm finding another laundromat. This place stinks, literally.

There seem to be great ones in the area but I chose this one based on another review of the friendliness of the environment. I completely agree with the previous review of kindness and friendliness. The staff explained the process to me and I quickly got some loads started. The staff explained some great tricks about the heat and drying process and how to get the best results when using the dryers. I had to run in and out on different work errands and they always assured me that everything would be watched over and not interrupted. I saw the staff helping other people who walked in, taking great care to be kind to those less fortunate and talking gently. I had to print a shipping label for work and looked up a local Fedex to run over to, but the staff quickly setup their printer and printed the label for me in the store. They all went above and beyond to help me and I left with very clean clothes and a happy mood. This store knows how to treat strangers and I would highly recommend this location and their staff.

However, I'm not a fan of a laundry mat being stuffy and hot due to people and dryers running all day and not being able to bring my mask down below my nose for 0.5 seconds without the mask nazi being there ready to ask you to put it on properly and saying this 3-5 times before you're able to blink much less return it back to the proper position. I ask this, if I'm able to remove my mask while eating and conversing at a restaurant where food is everywhere, why am I not allowed to remove it while maintaining social distance at a laundromat with no food??????????? If not for the mask issue, this place would be a solid 5 stars no joke! All laundromats should take notice and fall in line. This is the way they should have always been, but no one was holding them accountable. I think its time we start holding them accountable for sure. PS: I am writing this for a free laundry bag as I dig em and they are cute. I was told if I give a "good" review I'd get 1 for free. A $7 value! I hope a 4 is deserving.... we shall see!

I was a bit thrown off by the changing prices for warm or hot water but now I know. The washers and the dryers worked great! Thank goodness they had an ATM and change machines. There is a cute little area with some tables and chairs as well as other chairs throughout the room. One issue I did encounter was with a restroom. There are 2 and one was being used so I went to the 2nd one...but alas, the door would not lock. I chose to find a restroom elsewhere. Two ladies seem to be the employees and both were very helpful and pleasant.

This place is so ridiculous! I went in there at 8:40pm (yes, it was only 1 hour before they close,…read morebut it was the only time I had). Online they advertise that on Wednesdays they have reduced pricing. When I arrived, the girl working told me it was only for the "very little" washers.... I settled for a 40lb washer when I realized that the "very little" washers were, in fact, very little AND the 40lb washer was going to cost me $7!!! I needed a much bigger washer but no way was I going to pay more than $7 for one load.... and then the girl informed me that at 8:45pm, the price of the washers DOUBLES!! WHAT??? So I quickly tried to get my load in the washer before then but no such luck. Just as I was about to hit start, "add $8" popped up.... another $8!!! So it more than doubled! $15 for a 40lb load of laundry (which sounds like a lot but this washer is extremely small). $15!!!??? Why? What is the reason behind this? And to top it all off, the girl working is very very rude! I will never go to this place again. What a rip off! And customer service is extremely lacking to say the least. This is right by my house but I will gladly drive further for a better experience.
