Even if it's a last minute thing I forgot about over a long weekend they will always try to accommodate. Very military friendly and located right outside the gate on B street. It is in a small strip mall so you will miss it If you're not paying attention. The laundry mat lady saw them SITTING (not standing or playing) in there the whole time and once I was putting my clothes in the dryer she came up to me to tell me that kids aren't allowed in the carts and she would prefer them to draw instead (my son is 1 he is not gonna draw he's gonna eat crayons but ok) I apologized as I didn't know the rule and said I'm just now about to start my dryer and I'm gonna head to the bank. Is it fine if they stay here for just 30 more seconds and she ended up having an attitude with me and it was uncomfortable, it was my first time there and my kids were being super respectful. I would totally get it if I was running around with them in the carts but again they were just sitting there and I didn't understand why she saw us for over 15 minutes in the cart and didn't say anything until I was almost done with the dryer. Won't be returning, hopefully she can learn to come off a little nicer! I have no problem being corrected in a respectful manner.

I am absolutely unimpressed with this company. I brought in a new shirt with a very small tear in…read moreit to see if they could mend it. I was told they could and dropped it off on a Thursday, and told to pick it up after 1630 the next day. I came into the shop around 1715 the next day to retrieve my item. I spoke to a female with pink in her hair (the same person who took my order the day before), and when she looked up my item she told me they had to send it out to get the tear corrected. I was unimpressed with this. First, I never received a curtsy phone call asking if I wanted this sent out. I needed that item by Saturday, and now it wouldn't be back into the shop until that following Tuesday. Secondly, why didn't anyone call me to let me know it had been sent out instead of making me waste my time and gas driving there to pick up a shirt that wasn't even there? Thirdly, why wasn't I told about this procedure (sending items out) being a possibility when I dropped it off? The female at the front desk (pink in her hair) said she didn't know it had been sent out until she looked it up. I verified she worked with the person that sent it out, and she does, and couldn't understand why she couldn't have done basic customer service. I asked if I could get the shirt back and she stated it would get be available until Monday. WOW. So not only did I not get asked about it being sent out, but now I couldn't even retrieve my personal property even if I wanted it back. My choices are now either wait until Tuesday to get it back, hopefully corrected, or wait until Monday when she can actually give it to me and then I still have to go through the process of finding someone to fix it. To make matters even more frustrating, is the fact the shirt is not very expensive and the prices she quoted me, now that it is being sent out which I did not get a choice in doing, are more than 50% of what the shirt actually cost to buy new. Absolutely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. Unless you like having your time and money wasted.
