In the middle of moving and I don't have a w/d. Found this place on Yelp and it's well deserving of 5 stars! Plenty of parking, free wifi (just ask for the password), great selection of different size w/d, video games, and they were playing a movie for the kids. They also offer free laundry soap!!! This place has two positives... One: is the woman who was working she was very nice and helpful. Two: they have done a good job marketing. Sadly it doesn't live up to the marketing hype or the reviews or worst yet the reviews are true and that is even worse. If this the cleanest in the springs I hate to see the dirtiest! It's crowded you can barely get by the rows of washers without bumping into others; actually you do bump into others and carts. There is floor cleaner where small children can get to it. Super clean, very friendly. Not that busy when I was there so I was able to bust out all my laundry between a few machines. The dryers ACTUALLY dried my clothes and when I was waiting there were plenty of spaces to lay out some work. Only thing is I wish they had card readers because it's a lot of quarters to put in, but their coin machine worked perfectly and it got the job done. read more

We are in the middle of a home renovation so for the first time in maybe 20 years....wow I'm old, I have to go to a laundromat. I was like a lost puppy, I wasn't sure what to do. I didn't event know how to put the soap in - it's on the top. For the jumbo washers you have to grab the stool. The staff is very helpful and upbeat. You wouldn't think you'd find that at a laundromat. Like other reviews have said, there are tons of machines, everything is clean, they have free wifi, snacks, drinks and a TV. It can get crowded on free dryer day, other discounted or giveaway days but even when it's busy it's not too much. read more

I love this place! They have a service where you can drop off your comforter and they will wash and dry it for you for around $12, and you can specify what detergent and fabric softener they use! It's as you'd expect, a busy laundromat. People here were quietly doing their thing. Its not a fancy updated place, but clean and functioning. Good prices, nice staff, and everything we needed. Info: - Lots of washer & dryer options from 2 loads to 6 industrial sized. I normally spend $2.25 per reg load at our apartment complex. Here, I spent $4.75 on a 4.5 load (cold & reg soil) 33mins. And I also saved on soap because it only required 2 loads worth of h.e. soap due to the high efficiency machines. Dryers are .25 cents for 8 mins. So, you only spend what you need to dry any sized load. And all wahers take cards. Dryers take quarters and fastcards. -There's always someone on staff to watch over the place. As a single mom of two younger kids who may need to do laundry at night, HUGE plus. -Lots of folding space, tables, clothing baskets, ect. And soap at the desk if you need. I'm just passing through and needed to do some laundry. I chose this place based on the reviews. The prices are lower than other places I've been to and they have several ways to pay. Cash, card or the Spring Laundry Card you can load money on that also awards bonuses. There are plenty of machines in here and an actual person sitting at the front desk. They have places to sit and a couple of TVs to pass the time. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and funny. The place is as clean as it can be with so many customers, but I should add the staff was constantly tidying up and sweeping the floors. Good for washing big amounts of clothing but cleaning could be better especially bathrooms

This is my first visit to Springs Clean Laundry. I dropped of about 18lbs of laundry for the fluff and fold service. Susana was attendant she was friendly, efficient with an engaging genuine smile. She explained the service completely and offered me the standard 24hr turn around. To my surprise my laundry was washed hung up and folded. Unfortunately Susana was not there when I received my parcels. But the young lady there was just as excellent as SuSana. I have found a new place to do my laundry on the south side. During our hotel stay we decided to visit a laundry mat to get a few loads done faster. We decided on spring clean laundry and I feel we made a great choice. Not only did we get our laundry done fast, we were also surprised with all they had to offer. We have 4 children so the arcade games they had available kept them busy and entertained. They also played the movie Moana which is one of my kids favorite movies. There was free laundry detergent available M-F, free wifi and coffee for $1. Booths with tables were also available which was a nice touch. The woman who worked at the front was really nice. She made us feel welcomed and made sure we had what we needed she even helped hold the door open as we left with our hands full of laundry baskets which we really appreciated. There are lots of washers and dryers of different sizes available. We will be in our hotel for about another week while we're house hunting and we will definitely be back to do our laundry again. We do multiple loads here every other week! They are inexpensive and I can wash so much with $20. The staff is helpful and nice. If you go at the right time you won't overwhelmed by the amount of people. Parking sucks if it's packed but no complaints. It could be slightly cleaner but then I'd be nit picking as they do have a lot of customers and one or two people working. Again the price per load for washers and dryers is the best I've seen! read more

iF you are the ones that have the signs on the coin changer that says "for customers only", you ripped me off by $10. I called and a guy said he would mail it to me. This is an amazing place. The staff are warm and accommodating and do Herculean laundry tasks every day. We've been twice, during a blizzard and on a Saturday unannounced with lots of pounds of laundry for wash and fold. Each time they went way above and beyond and we got back clean, fresh, folded or fluffed or hung clothes quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend them highly enough. Second time washing here. So many options on washers. They go from small loads to 77 lb which is 8 loads. Wednesday is free dry. Staff is very helpful and friendly. When I found this laundry mat I saved it on my phone and now every Wednesday I get a notification today is free dry, saves money. You also can get a load up card and get points for washing. read more

Clean enough, several machines out of order, no attendant as posted for assistance. The one thing that made this place lose a star was that the heat in there was overwhelming! It was 90 outside, and still more comfortable to sit outside while waiting. Clothes smelled great coming out of the washer though, and that was what's most important to me. read more

I have been there two times now and both have been really good. Today was exceptional. The attendant was Samantha. She was on the go from the second I walked in. She was cleaning machines and floors and helping everyone all at the same time. She was extremely helpful explaining the free drying on Wednesdays and helping an older gentleman pick up things he dropped and starting his laundry. The customers were also very nice. Pretty good value for the money and it's very clean. They have large capacity washers and dryers. I do wish they had some single load washing machines so I could was a smaller load now and then. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would give it five stars, but some of the dryers have stuff (gum and etc) stuck inside them and some of the machines eat coins. The staff kindly refund the money you lose though. Also, a lot of families do their laundry there and they aren't sketchy people. Lastly, if you're single the views are great. read more
