The laundry mat lady saw them SITTING (not standing or playing) in there the whole time and once I was putting my clothes in the dryer she came up to me to tell me that kids aren't allowed in the carts and she would prefer them to draw instead (my son is 1 he is not gonna draw he's gonna eat crayons but ok) I apologized as I didn't know the rule and said I'm just now about to start my dryer and I'm gonna head to the bank. Is it fine if they stay here for just 30 more seconds and she ended up having an attitude with me and it was uncomfortable, it was my first time there and my kids were being super respectful. I would totally get it if I was running around with them in the carts but again they were just sitting there and I didn't understand why she saw us for over 15 minutes in the cart and didn't say anything until I was almost done with the dryer. Won't be returning, hopefully she can learn to come off a little nicer! I have no problem being corrected in a respectful manner.
