Machines had simple buttons and it tells you how many minutes left. I used a big basket on wheels to bring my stuff to the dryer. All dog beds fit in one dryer. Simple.

I had both of my well behaved babies in the laundry cart (like we do at every laundromat) for at least 15 minutes to keep my 1 year old contained. The laundry mat lady saw them SITTING (not standing or playing) in there the whole time and once I was putting my clothes in the dryer she came up to me to tell me that kids aren't allowed in the carts and she would prefer them to draw instead (my son is 1 he is not gonna draw he's gonna eat crayons but ok) I apologized as I didn't know the rule and said I'm just now about to start my dryer and I'm gonna head to the bank. Is it fine if they stay here for just 30 more seconds and she ended up having an attitude with me and it was uncomfortable, it was my first time there and my kids were being super respectful. I would totally get it if I was running around with them in the carts but again they were just sitting there and I didn't understand why she saw us for over 15 minutes in the cart and didn't say anything until I was almost done with the dryer. Won't be returning, hopefully she can learn to come off a little nicer! I have no problem being corrected in a respectful manner.

ZERO stars. With all the laundry mats in town I would just choose a different one. Here's why:…read more I came to the laundry mat because my dryer broke and I needed to wash and dry my bedding. One of the worse decisions I've ever made. I'll never forget this place because of what happened to my bedding and my interaction with one of the employees (I think it was the Maintenance guy) was even worse. I used 2 of the largest washers they had, and the next 3 smaller ones; total of 5 washers for all my bedding. I used 1 large washer just for my mattress protector and 1 of the next smaller washers for just my pillow cases. The washer didn't spin dry the mattress cover and it came out completely soaked. I don't know how this is possible, I used the largest washer they have; it's industrial size. The maintenance guy (who came out later) said that the mattress protector caused an imbalance. Really?? In the largest washer you have?? I had to wring it out before putting it in the dryer. It was so bad I had to wring it out over the trash can because so much water was pouring out of it. The washer with my pillow cases also didn't complete spin dry them. I called the number posted on the door and got an answering service. I left a message with them and also filled out a refund slip asking for $9 be returned to me. A few minutes later a maintenance guy came and started to clean up the water that came out of my mattress protector. He also gave me about $2 in quarters to help with the drying. I guess he thought this would make up for everything?? The dryers we just as bad. One of the dryers charred my blanket and a few of the sheets. They were completely ruined and I had to throw them away. A few weeks went by and I called to find out about the refund. No one answered, but I got a text from the same number. The person said that they mailed the refund. A few more weeks went by and no refund came. Then he said they can't find the refund slip and asked how much I filled it out for. Then he remembered meeting me and said that he already gave me $2 for drying and that he'd mail me $5; nothing more. I explained everything that happened but he was adamant that it was all user error. You can see all the text in the pics I posted. I've never been to a laundry mat that I have to check the dryer every 4-5 minutes. That's just ridiculous. It's also ridiculous that he was going back and forth with me over $9. Really dude. $9 and I would've been happy and gotten over the fact that my mattress pad didn't get washed right, and the dryer messed up my sheets and a blanket. He also felt that because they posted signs about how to use the washers and dryers that they're completely exempt from any malfunctions the machines have. And just because they've worked "100 times" doesn't mean they worked for me. Honestly they're are nicer, cleaner, and bigger laundry mats in the Springs. If I wasn't in a hurry that day, I would've just went to another place, but I didn't feel like driving somewhere else. I should've just drove somewhere else. Lesson learned. Never coming back here again.
