A few minutes after waiting he looks to me directly and tells me... You need to put a mask on. So... I did. I put a mask on. It covered part of my mouth but not my nose. My daughter wore hers under her nose. A moment later the man is looking at ME again, and says... You need to wear the mask the right way. I say, "There's no law stating how I have to wear this mask." There isn't. In fact, already by the way he's treating me in front of other customers... I'm feeling incredibly discriminated against and harassed. I find it to be incredibly unprofessional for an employee to behave in this manner. He continues on with how I need to place it over my face. He did not tell my daughter how to wear her mask. I found that to be pretty odd, that he was so focused in upon me specifically. I said, you know what, I'll just leave. Frankly there are other means to mail off packages... so I went to the UPS office in Dublin and guess what... mailed my packages off for CHEAPER, and the woman there was a hell of a lot nicer and more professional... plus there was no wait. NRVShipping, shame on you... You will never have my business again, and you know, discrimination is bullshit. I've read several times Governor Northams speech and he clearly states that there are instances where people are NOT required to wear a mask, one of them being for health conditions. Health conditions or not, I too still have things that I must do in life. Given the choice, I would certainly not have been coming into a shipping company of all places for a good time.

The employees there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They also offer Self Serve printing and copying. Their Hours of Operation are also very convenient. Many companies use FedEx when providing a postage paid return label to be able to return a product back with tracking number, to keep track of when they are delivered and refund credited to their account. I have used this service successfully many times. Recently I upgraded my cellphone from a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, which I purchased unlocked from the Samsung website store. They included a FedEx postage paid label for me to return my old cellphone to receive a credit on the purchase of my new phone. So after packaging it at home in the box where my new one was mailed in, I affixed the label and came here to drop it off and get a receipt with the tracking number. The FedEx company has a reputation of being very efficient and of handling packages with care. So it's a company one can trust and provides peace of mind in shipping items such as these. After driving to FedEx and asking for explanation I was told a mgr would call next day. No call. I had to call 1-800 number finally 3rd live person I got took complaint. Mgr called today and brushed it off like it was no big deal package was opened. And had backup of trucks couldn't get them unloaded. This was 2nd cake they screwed up delivery on first. I now have a 3rd cake to be delivered tomorrow. I have little faith it will make it. I never get anything in time as expected from FedEx. The trucks to the new River Valley from Roanoke were all basically on time. There's no excuse for a leaving live animals on a truck all day long. After calling four times throughout the afternoon, someone finally contacted the driver who came right over and arrived at 5:05pm! Luckily, the fish are alive, but everyone who relies on overnight shipping/promised by noon should know about this.
