On Google it shows the hardware as a UPS drop-off location. I had a package shipping UPS, and…read moredropped it off last week. As of yesterday, it still hadn't left the hardware. I went in when they opened the next day, and there was my box, on the counter. I asked why it didn't ship, and they said it was my responsibility to call UPS for a pickup. I couldn't believe it. I'm in the computer, and they never reached out to see why it was sitting there for so long. I also do not believe that if they are a drop-off that the customer should have to cash to have it picked up. I won't be back.

Recently we needed camper keys cut and the large chain hardware store that had the same machine told me that it wasn't possible to cut the keys with that machine. I went to Larson's Ace and when I told the gentleman who helped us this he wasn't surprised, apparently they receive a lot of business this way, save yourself the time and just go to Larson's! Ok so this story gets better! Our camper screen was broken and when I went to the camper store they told me that it cost hundreds to replace it and they were not sure how long it would take to get it. This was a small camper supply store in Pentwater they suggested Larson's...THANK YOU! Kyle is the screen master! He fixed my screen like new for $25 - $27. Yes you may pay a little more than the big box stores, but it's worth every penny!
