These guys are terrible. I did all the work and ordered the lawnmower online and they couldn't…read moreeven deliver it on time. I had to call to see if it was delivered to the dealership, I spoke to the owner who told me he would call me this week to set-up the delivery. I finally called him Wednesday, 7/14/21 to see what was going on. Mind you he told me he would call me. I've been calling all week and finally reached him on 7/14. He told me he needed to deliver it before 5pm on 7/15. I told him fine no one would be home so I would take a half day and call 30 minutes before I got home. I called 90 minutes ahead of time. Spoke to some person who didn't identify himself, which was the same professionalism I got every time I called previously. They couldn't find him which has been the same for the last week and a half. He finally showed up at 7pm. I told him to unload it, I wasn't happy with the lack of communication and professionalism. I made it clear and told him I wasn't happy. He jumped out of the truck with an attitude and told me to sign for it. I told him I would sign for it after I looked it over. That sent him over the top. I told him to leave and take the lawn mover with him. Then he started calling me names and told me I lived in the boondocks. I told him to leave he was trespassing and he accused me of threatening an old man...I'm an old man so I thought that was funny. I told my wife to call 911 because he was trespassing and his response was to tear up my driveway. ZERO STARS!!!

The Amber Elk Ranch was an incredible experience. The ranch offers a wagon tour. I called ahead to…read morereserve seats to ensure a spot. It's a good thing I did as my group had a several hour wait time. Instead of having to wonder around the ranch for hours, we instead could utilize that time to explore Ludington beach. At the ranch, there was a free petting zoo for the children. The petting zoo was small with donkeys and goats. It was just enough to keep the children busy for several minutes. The petting zoo is more suitable for older children (6-7+) as the animals are not very small and cuddly. During the wagon tour, the staff did their best to accommodate their guests during the COVID-19 pandemic by requiring masks and sectioning off rows on the wagon with clear plastic sheeting. Also, groups needed to stay within their assigned rows. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable in the elk and it was informative for both children and adults. It was incredibly fun to feed the elk cows and bulls. After the wagon tour, we ordered BBQ that's offered on Saturdays. The menu and prices are posted in the gift shop. The Elk burger was seriously fantastic and we did not regret eating here. Also, the baked beans is a must try. It's "cowboy" beans made from scratch and it's fantastic. All in all, this an excellent activity and a must-do when visiting Ludington.
