    I made a last-minute late--in-the-day order for a delivery the next day for my sister, not only for…read moreher birthday but for completing a very difficult medical ordeal, an order that just couldn't be late...but surely would be, given the Dec. 23 snowstorm, right? Wrong! A big, gorgeous white, red, and pink bouquet arrived (she sent me a photo) coming 15 miles through A NEAR ZERO-DEGREE BLIZZARD! In a horse-drawn wagon! (kidding about the wagon.) I called to see if it was too late in the day to get the flowers for my grandmother's funeral the next day. The lady said no, but that they might not have some flowers. I said that was fine, and we looked at a few different bouquets before we settled on one because they didn't have the flowers for the others. That's fine. It's last minute, I get it, you have what you have. So, we finally settled on a big, beautiful, lush, full bouquet with lots of pink and purple roses and flowers, and I wanted it even bigger and fuller so I paid extra to upgrade to the premium size which is their largest. All was well, I thought. My cousin sent me a photo today of the flowers and it's NOTHING like what I ordered; it's practically just a few roses and LOTS of green. So I called the florist thinking there had been a mistake. The woman I spoke to was the same woman who took my order, and she said there hadn't been a mistake. She said, "I told you I couldn't do it EXACTLY like the photo", to which I replied, "Of course you couldn't do it exactly like the photo, but it looks NOTHING like it'. Then she said she ran out of money to use more flowers, which was astounding to me considering I ordered the bouquet from their website with their pricing! What do you mean you ran out of money? That's the price you listed it at, if you couldn't do it for that price, you should have said so, and changed the price on your website, not charge me for one thing and give me something else entirely without communicating. Then she continued to argue with me and finally said flat out, "There's nothing I can do to make this right." Like, what?! Ultimately, the flowers weren't what I ordered which was disappointing, but the customer service was the worst. How does she think it's okay to say the things she said? I'm going to try to post a side by side photo of what I order and what I received, so anyone considering using their services will know ahead of time what to expect.
