I often get some kind of sublte attitude, as though I am interrupting their little social group in the back. And, when I do find help, the person usually lacks technical and product knowledge. Maybe it's me, and I have simply been unlucky to get the trainees or disgruntled employees almost every time FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS since I moved to town.
