Most recently I was looking for a set of hard hat accessories, and Theresa went the extra mile to try and help track down some niche product information and look for alternatives when things weren't quite lining up. While we weren't able to find a solution this time, she put in an impressive amount of effort for a fairly low cost order and a customer who had some fairly particular questions, looking up various model numbers, material details, and checking for compatibility between parts.
