The store never seems to be that busy, which is nice, unless you need the Customer Service Desk. Whether it's an online order pickup or for a return, there is always a line and it's always backed up and slow. When you pick up an order they throw it on a cart for you and offer no help. I had a random customer in the parking lot offer to help me load my item into my car because he could see it may be difficult for me alone.
