Folks, it is bad customer service when you go up to a register to get checked out in a busy lined up store and the guy behind to counter raises his voice and tells everyone there that he can't change a $100 dollar bill and he finds it ridiculous that I even thought I could use it. Its even worse customer service when you say " keep pushin, keep pushin" While I'm repeating what you said and asking questions and going for my debit card instead. Its even worse customer service when you say loudly. "This is not a bank what do you think this is". Well after you said that I just told you to keep your precious merchandise and your attitude, and I left. I wasn't embarrassed. I thought how dare you waste my time. Good bye. You know all you had to do was just calmly say sorry I can't change that right now I don't have enough change and that would have been fine and the end of it, but no you had to be unprofessional. Just for fun lets lay out some facts. Many stores in the area are fine with taking a hundred no matter what your buying money is money. Nowadays it is more and more common.
