This store has great service. We purchased a 10x12 greenhouse from a Grand Rapids harbor Freight. While putting it up we found we were missing an panel. We called all over and finally found what we needed in Muskegon. The supervisor Cal was very helpful in providing us with the missing part by opening a new box and giving us the needed panel! Thanks so much! read more

Folks, it is bad customer service when you go up to a register to get checked out in a busy lined up store and the guy behind to counter raises his voice and tells everyone there that he can't change a $100 dollar bill and he finds it ridiculous that I even thought I could use it. Its even worse customer service when you say " keep pushin, keep pushin" While I'm repeating what you said and asking questions and going for my debit card instead. Its even worse customer service when you say loudly. "This is not a bank what do you think this is". Well after you said that I just told you to keep your precious merchandise and your attitude, and I left. I wasn't embarrassed. I thought how dare you waste my time. Good bye. You know all you had to do was just calmly say sorry I can't change that right now I don't have enough change and that would have been fine and the end of it, but no you had to be unprofessional. Just for fun lets lay out some facts. Many stores in the area are fine with taking a hundred no matter what your buying money is money. Nowadays it is more and more common. So get a grip and be prepared. If not then kindly put some signs up so people know about it. Not sure who you were. A skinny kid with fuzzy hair and a cap on. That's all I saw. Anyway. This store is great as in lots of selection, deals and most of the items are quality, its not snap on but for what you pay its not bad either. Keep an eye open for discounts and sales as they usually are having one or will again soon. The return policy is good too incase you arnt happy with the product. Id give 5 star but sometimes the staff can be a little unhelpful or just ignore you and other times they can be helpful in answering your questions. read more

Also I will admit they didn't immediately give me my tracking number , perhaps it was in my account but I was so expecting this to be a scam company like Sammydress that I was pleasantly glad to see the hoodie cost was refunded and all is well.
