In other words, they could care less because my order is a done deal. Oh...and the designer with the great service didn't even bother to email me back when I asked for assistance in finding out where my order is. Lesson learned. Talsma's gets my business next time.

WTH? There is NO explanation for why they don't call you for your credit card number so that they can provide you with the refund. I've been now waiting for 2 months to get my refund back from the contractor, as Cash & Carry has washed their hands. I would not purchase materials from here unless they were my last and only choice.

There is no oversight of their "back office" that processes trade-ins and there is no way for customers to verify what was sent in. They told me I cannot use Find My iPhone to locate my phone or have my trade-in phone returned to me. They told me there is nothing I can do that their "back office" has made their decision and I am out of luck. Have been a customer of AT&T for 20 years and will be switching to Verizon and I recommend everyone else does as well.
