The store itself is very clean and tidy, and they have proper social distancing stickers on the ground to ensure each customer is six feet apart, which I appreciate. I'm greeted by a friendly employee and before I know it my package is scanned and I'm out the door with my receipt. The process really could not be any faster or easier. There's also plenty of parking since this location is in a big shopping center. If you're looking for a quick, seamless UPS Store experience, I highly encourage you to visit the Stetson location. The employee with pink hair was extremely disrespectful and rude, and I personally witnessed how poorly she treated my husband. It was entirely unprofessional. When you work in customer service, you should be willing to answer basic questions for customers. However, she refused to even speak with us. I don't know if this was because we are a biracial couple or because my husband is Asian, but she warmly greeted all the white customers who walked in while offering us complete silence, no hello, no good morning, nothing. Thankfully, another employee came over and assisted us instead. She was excellent, answered all our questions, and even showed us examples of how to address and mail an envelope (because not everyone knows how to do that!). To the employee with pink hair: I hope you read this, and I know you know exactly who is writing this. I truly hope you learn to treat all customers with respect and equality in the future.

I went in and asked for it and they said that because people don't pay their rent there, I can't give you the money back, but please come back at the end of the month. I will ask my brother if it's OK if I can give you your money back that's four months rent that they owe me and I am still trying to collect it. It's poor management and very unfair practice. I would not recommend anyone using this place because of their unfair, practice of not giving back what is owed to the customer when it's asked for.i went n again to talk to ricks wife and she wasn't there i called again and his wife wasn't there then i was told she contacted me about my refund and i never got a called and y then Rick tells Me that she will only give back some of the money not all of it I was only asking for the august thru November months which would come to 80$ if rick values customer service I find this very unfair customer service that every time I try to ask for his wife she seems to always be gone then Rick says there were notes left that she checked into the post office about refund and he said he couldn't understand what she was talking about. Well, yes there is just a partial refund allowed back to me August through November which would come to $80 because it is $20 a month too rent one of the post boxes Resolved Ok Annie call me explain rules of post office and apparently u are not allowed full refunds so this is how the government works on keeping money that is right fully the customers and I find n future to never pay ahead on post office boxes she was very kind about the whole situation and has been resolved
