The Postal Annex is the perfect neighborhood shipping establishment. They offer a variety of Logistical/Business Administration services. I've ship item.... returned the item to the vendor as well as had the document scanned and notarized. The customer service is outstanding 365, no matter what kind of day you may be having they will always greet you with a smile. The three shipping companies last pick up for my business is 330pm. I walked into the store, No customers the store smelled of a very strong perfume smell that gave me a headache. They didn't acknowledge my presence and acted annoyed when I needed help with sending a package. Not going back. Please do something about that terrible odor. read more

The additional service this center provides other than regular shipping service is its fingerprint service. There is an onsite machine quickly scan your palms and fingers. Customer also need to provide driver's licence and address to verify personal information. Then it is electronically sent to government agencies to start processing your request. I was there for my Level-Two pass and I got notice for approval in 2 days. It cost 48 dollar, about 3 dollar more expensive than going to the government offices. There are two employers working at this sizable shop. Service is prompt and friendly. Parking can be difficult since the shop locates right next to the roundabout at Stein Mart. Between seniors and their large Buick, minor accident is just at the corner. Luckily, there are plenty parking space in walking distance. read more

Be aware that if you get a mailbox here, you'll have "PMB" in the address which identifies it as a private mailbox. If you leave the "PMB" out, the post office won't deliver. The problem is that this particular store already has its own suite number, and the post office doesn't allow multiple suite or unit numbers in the same address. You can't have "2520 N. McMullen Booth, Suite B, #205". So if you want a truly *private* mailbox, without the "PMB", you'll need to go to a different shop. Other than that, the staff was very friendly, the place was exceptionally clean, and the prices were reasonable ($20 per month, with 3 months free if you sign up for a year). read more

Consistently fast and friendly service. Have been using them for mailing drop-offs for a while without any problems. Parking lot is a mess but that's not their fault. They have their own reserved parking spot in front which helps. Or you can double park because they are usually that fast. read more

I recently found this place when I needed to do an urgent USPS drop off, but didn't want to drive all the way to Safety Harbor or Belcher. It is right down the road from my home and right around the corner from my work, which makes it very convenient. Corliss was very helpful and friendly. We ended up spending a good deal of time talking about a similar prior job we had in common. Although I don't have large volume shipping to do, I do now bring in most everything I need to mail. They are very fast and efficient. It's so much better than waiting in sometimes long post office lines. read more

This is a great location for quick drop-offs. I have shipped a few items out at this location, but each time have ran into a slight hiccup. The latest caused the recipient to have to pay a COD at USPS when picking up my package. I didn't even know that COD still existed! After bringing this to the owner's attention, he reimbursed me for the difference, but there was still no explain action why this happened. They do charge more than USPS, UPS/FedEx, etc, simply to make their cut, obviously. However, multiple experiences they have been unreliable in ensuring the recipient receives their packages without having to pay extra. One star for convenience. read more

I came in recently to get passport photos taken, and the only think I left with was a good laugh.. The man who I believe was the owner took my picture and printed it for me to inspect. We both looked at it and agreed that it was quite blurry. Tried again and although it was slightly better, it was still very blurry. With a frustrated face, the man tried again. We inspected it and it was the same as the previous one.. blurry.. I was apologetic and told him that it was imperative that the quality was up to par at which point he rudely told me to leave his store and go to a professional photographer. Moral of the story, do not come here expecting passport photos or any professionalism. PS. You might want to invest in a tripod for your photos, your hands will only continue to shake with age. read more
