This is my go to store for ink and office supplies. The store is laid out in such a way that I easily find whatever I need. The staff is frIendly and helpful, from the moment I walk in, to aimlessly wandering about, to finally checking out. If I want to save time, and I know what I want, I order it online - usually with a coupon I've received vIa email. This is the store I use to pick up online orders, especially since they have a designated parking spot for picking up orders. This is the best place to recycle husband's used ink cartridges and my own. We receive $2 for each one, up to ten per quarter. Or is it more? Can't recall. We usually have no more than 5 each quarter. We use those credits to get new ink cartridges or something else. Staples is excellent at matching prices on ink, and other items, locally and even online retailers. That's how to get the best prices anywhere in your local store! You don't need to go out of your way to get what you need for the lowest prices. I've also used the self serve printing area, when I didn't want to print at home. When I was confused or needed assistance, staff was there to help me. Prices were reasonable, for black & white or color. It's faster and easier to print here than at home. Staples has always been my go-to. I have spent thousands of dollars at this specific location. They just lost my business. I was prepared to buy 2 desks, 6 office chairs, 8 regular chairs, a huge bulletin board, among many other over priced office supplies, until they told me they would have to charge me $15 per office chair because they are assembled already and they don't have any in the box. You are going to penalize ME because YOU don't have any stocked? I didn't ask for the chair to be assembled. You missed out on over $1,000 in sales today over $15. I had to go to the print center and print about 1,000 pages and was having a lot of issues because I couldn't understand the woman over the phone. In hope of better clarity I went into the store to get answers for my questions and get help to print everything. Once I got there I received help from Colton. You could tell the place was very busy but he took time to help me and was very helpful and patient to each person who approached him and had questions. He is an amazing associate and I wish he could receive an award! He has patience, is very understanding and goes out of his way to help people. There are a lot of people who don't do that but Colton definitely did. He gives staples a good name and makes me want to promote the store. I spent almost $200 on a monitor I needed right away for work last friday and website read, 1-Day Delivery, however, on the 2nd day when I called the 800# they said they were short delivery drivers! Then, I went on line at Staples to buy a Seagate HD for my computer today and there are two similar models, one that is $20 more and no reason on the website so when I called the Tarpon Springs closest Staples to me before I buy, a young man said they were too busy and he really didn't know why one was $20 more, and someone could call me back "IF" they have 5 minutes to call me and no customers were in the store. Or I can drive all the way to the store and maybe get better service, which is around 35 minute drive for me. With this purchase I'll be over $300 this week alone at Staples, and though they're too busy to help me on the phone by getting a MGR or someone else to help, However, he said for me to try on line to get my answers. THIS is the service of the 2020's that everyone is talking about. Not like it used to be. I'll start taking my business elsewhere, like Best Buy. I come to this store all the time, I have rewards card with them that helps on discounts. Staff is friendly & they always have deals on something. I recently purchased an EPSON Printer from there on sale for $100 off. I clearly see why it was on sale, day 3 the printer stopped opening when I went to print something, it keeps saying PAPER JAM when there is no paper jam. I normally get HP printers but they were sold out of them unless you wanted to buy the $300 & up type. I know a person that has a EPSON Printer & said they have had problems with it ever since they got it, now I see what they mean. I still saved $100 bucks off of it & all I have to do is open it so it will print, no biggy. I do not blame Staples on this at all, they only sell the product, they don't make it. read more
