Came there twice one morning because of the false hours. Even if the hours are adjusted due to Covid-19, they need to specify that on their door. This has happened on multiple occasions, which has been an inconvenient to my mornings. By the time I made a second trip out there around 10am, I had asked the clerk or whatever you call her, what time is the store open. Before I could even finished what I needed to ask, she jumped at my throat, "3 o'clock, 3 o'clock is when pick time is! Is that what you were asking or what?" Gave her a death stare and said, "No, what time are you guys open?" she said "Oh, 9am-7pm M-F." Great, well maybe next time change the sign, and wait until someone finishes what they need to ask before interrupting. One of my biggest pet peeves is interrupting someone mid sentence. But this last time I visited there was an older gentleman working there that was the complete the opposite. I waited in line for about 10 minutes, the place was very busy at that time. Once it was my turn I told the gentleman I had packages to drop off (they were already boxed and had postage). He very rudely raised his voice angrily telling me he already has too many packages there and he can not take anymore. This is the first I've ever heard of a postal store having a LIMIT on packages they except. He acted like I asked him to personal deliver my packages!! If there was a limit PUT A SIGN UP!! Don't start yelling at your PAYING CUSTOMERS!! Just because I was only dropping things off that day does not mean that in the past I haven't been in giving you business.... There is a descent way of talking to your customers and this SIR was not it. Needless to say, I have taken my business elsewhere. Amazingly, other postal stores are happy to see customers walking in to their establishment during these hard times.

They stated the package was damaged and that it was non-deliverable. I was truly crushed. I immediately went back to Postal Plus and they told me they would follow-up UPS support and never did. I am saddened, because I was a constant customer at their establishment, but would never do business with them again. However, I will no longer be giving my business to this place. I came to mail my packages on 9/29/23 and the person told me that if I wanted to get my packages to arrive 10/01/23 that it would cost 24.02, 23.72, and 28.61 (versus regular ground shipment that was about $11-13 each). I was never told that these prices were for different carriers. I was just told this was FedEx. So having to pay that amount, I expected my package to arrive 10/01/23. However, tracking showed That it was going to arrive 10/03/23. I could have paid the cheaper price for the same results. So I decided to go back to post office on 10/02/23 to figure out a solution. Either they get FedEx to deliver immediately or to get a partial refund (which I also told them that I would be okay with a store credit because I go there often). Instead of a solution, I was rudely told that this was FedEx ground and they take awhile and that the price I paid is not "guaranteed" and that the other prices were for other carriers. They can't give me a partial refund because it's not "guaranteed" and the person emphasized the word "guaranteed" so many times and continue to say that it's an estimate. However, the receipt says "expected," which although doesn't mean guaranteed, it also doesn't mean estimated. And honestly, it's the way he kept saying the word "guaranteed" as if he was demeaning me and that really rubbed me the wrong way. So end result was a negative one for me and no solution. And result for them is that it probably doesn't matter that they lose me as a customer but I urge you to think twice before using the services here.

I've been coming to Postal Express for months to get my legal documents notarized -- probably…read morearound eight different times total. Every visit before this one went smoothly, and I always worked with the same lady without any problems. However, on my most recent visit, she refused to notarize my document because it didn't include the "Jr." suffix after my name. My ID has the suffix, but the document didn't -- that was the only difference. I explained that this isn't a legal reason to deny notarization since the names still clearly match and my ID is valid. What's frustrating is that every one of my previous documents also did not include the suffix, and she notarized those without any issue. I even confirmed with other notaries and checked the notary rules -- there's no law that requires a document to be redone just because the suffix is missing. After being a respectful, repeat customer who's spent time and money here several times, it was disappointing to be treated this way over something so minor and unnecessary. Thumbs down -- poor customer service and inconsistent standards.
