I'm so fed up with missing, destroyed, and damaged mail. It's always a coin toss if important first class mail will make it into the correct box in good condition. Today the mail carrier jammed all of my mail including five packages into my small cluster box. They could have easily used one of the package lockers attached. The worst service, understaffed, they refuse to deliver packages and then magically 'can't find them' when you take your slip to pick it up in person. I've missed work to pick up medication that is supposed to be refrigerated. Meds I need to take and spend $400/month and their response is "I just can't find it." I've avoided this post office for quite some time because the customer service is consistently unprofessional. The employees often speak to customers in a condescending and dismissive tone. I recently gave this location another chance, and unfortunately, the experience was the same. During my most recent visit, I was rudely told I "wasn't prepared," yet the location itself wasn't even stocked with the proper mailing items I needed in order to be fully prepared. It's contradictory and unreasonable to make customers go to the back of the line for something that takes less than ten seconds to do, like writing a "from address" especially when the lack of supplies is on their end. The way customers are spoken to is unnecessary and rude. I hope management addresses this because people deserve to be treated with basic respect when doing business here. The lady that waited on me not helped informed me "we don't have tape to reinforce a box"..... was she just rude and dismissive or did the USPS not purchase supplies? This is our new normal. Staff should not be laughing and carrying on in the background while 40 people are standing in line trying to get vital services to include picking up keys because the post office doesn't deliver directly to their house, picking up mail that couldn't be delivered and includes things like drivers license, tax documents, and being told after waiting in line for an hour and 40 minutes that the person who does that job apparently isn't coming in today. The customer service can improve. The lady that sits on the last desk going out the door has a very I wanting attitude. She is not polite and it appeared to me that she disliked her job. She did not speak and started talking as if her tongue tasted nasty to her. I walked in to return something back to SHEIN. They lose, steal, don't deliver your mail/packages, and lie about it when you report your missing mail, (even when you've received an email showing you that your package/mail will be arriving today). The workers are RUDE, throw packages all over the place,even seen a few of them kick them when they fell on the floor. The one and only employee that is actually friendly, helpful and genuinely an amazing person is Justin. He is the best person that has ever helped me at any USPS location. The rest of the staff is horrible. Yes, the kiosk is amazing and great when there's no line OR has a line of people that have a clue about what they're doing. There was a person holding up the kiosk line pressing buttons and doing god knows what. There was no line in the main lobby. The employee (couldn't see her name but had short braids and glasses) refused to help me and said I need to use the kiosk. I know for a fact it is physically possible for her to scan 3 small packages and print off a receipt. Literally the simplest type of transaction she would most likely encounter today and she refused to do it. When I was confirming that she "wasn't able to scan them and print a receipt" she was walking away. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

every year they lose the ones that are important that involve a source of funds or something that was ordered or given and shipped etc. the problem is some of the newer subdivisions are being handled by rural subcontractors who are young that when aren't so called working to abide by their probation officers and court guidelines are still criminals at the end of the day. Worst American post office their is, it's always something with them because they feel superior because they "work" for the government, I don't really care what you feel I'm just trying to ship my packages to my customers on time. Came in right before 5 pm and they let other people in before me but not me who had a big 18ib box to ship out. Soaking wet because it's raining hard all week 90%+ rain and they said their close they can't take my packages. I know my comment or review may not do much but atleast I hope they see this, workers need to be ramped up this people need to work to the very end hours. I visit this location at 2:45. It was a little line about half a dozen folks in front of me. I was back in my car by 3 pm. Good speed of service. Mr. Ken was extremely helpful. I've been waiting on a special express delivery that was attempt today. I came straight to this location to pick up my package since they informed me they will return to location within 5 days. Ken gave me a number and allowed me to leave my number Incase it arrives before closing today. Which pickup closes at 5pm. And the main doors is 24 hrs.
