I usually will use this post location to ship off packages nationally and several times internationally. I've never had an issue with customer service things can be a bit slow sometimes but that's because they are needing to take down shipping info and sometimes help people package up items. They offer UPS / USPS and Fed Ex possibly DHL but I have not shipped using DHL yet. The pricing can vary. They offer print service too and I want to say on the food it said Notary but that could have been the door next door. If you need to ship something I'd recommend this location. read more

As you read the complaints about the business there is one common denominator. Its the Black woman with an accent. Went to the store on 11/25 walked in greated her with a big hello and nothing, which I find funny. Dropped off my prelabeled packages and when I started to walk out she looks at me with a face from hell. She has no customer service and if she is the owner or manager she should be gone. The rudest people run this establishment. Be prepared to be treated like a nuisance as soon as you walk in. I go in to drop off packages, and it is as though I'm a terrible person for walking through the door. I left feeling unsure that my packages would be picked up on time. Th lady manager that works there is a hit or miss when it comes to her attitude and the way she handles transactions. This time around is the refusal from her to scan the UPS dropped off package. My only proof that I dropped a package off is by the scan that she refuses to perform. I called UPS but because they are not affiliated with UPS, they cannot do anything about it. The company that my husband works for is a National account. all that has to be done is you write down account number and send package. when I went in yesterday and gave the young lady info, I told her that I did not have to pay, The company takes care of it. She laughed and said ma'am everybody pays. my package needed to get to Denver in 24 hours now it will take till Thursday. I went in today to talk to her . I give it one star because it doesn't give you the option to give zero this place is garbage they charge you for everything and everything they sell is overpriced, example one envelope 1.99 are you kidding me? O and please don't forget to tape your packages or they will make you buy a whole roll of tape "because its company policy not to give out tape" if you have a barcode from UPS they are supposed to scan it and print it for you well guess what that ain't happening you have to use their computer and guess what 3 dlls even if you only used it for one minute then, of course, they will charge 60 cents for each page printed not to mention they try to dissuade you from using regular mail so you can pay for the fedex service. I walked in to get a money order and some passport pictures. The employee was rude and acted like she didn't want us in the store. I barely got my first question out before she said they didn't do money orders and started to walk back to the back. Bad service!!! The new employees are just as bad as the owner. They sent my usps box out fedex and its a week late from when she told me it would be there! Watch your reciepts! It's hit or miss here. Sometimes the ladies are very nice but sometimes they are in a mood and seem unjustifiably annoyed by the customer. I don't want to judge as maybe they were seriously having a bad day. Anyhow my positive experiences have outweighed my negative ones... but I agree with some of the other comments that they can be very slow at times. I have used the Postal Networks services for many years, here in horizon city, the new owners don't seem to handle issues in a positive way. I dropped off a UPS pre-labeled Amazon return package about 8 days ago, the employee asked me to put it in the counter and I did as I normally do. Well the package never made it to UPS according to UPS they never received the package. I went to the their Annex store to find out what was the status on the package after I asked the owner (female) of Jamaican descend, she stated" The packages are picked up by UPS at 3:00 PM everyday" and "We don't have anything to do with the mail after they pick it up" I then asked her if they had tracking information for the package and she said (while showing me a smartphone or something similar) and saying " This is all we have (looked like a tracking number in the device's screen) I asked her how was it possible that they can handle mail but not able to track the status of it. Apparently she got upset and said " You are messing with my business" which was totally out of place and tone of the conversation. All I wanted was to know what was the status of a package I dropped off at their location. I then filed a complaint with the Postmaster's office, and the BBB. I got lucky that Amazon returned my money even though, these people lost my package. This is a violation of my trust and who knows how many company policies and or federal laws. I now drive all they way to the USPS office and or UPS/FedEx stores. read more

Postal Net in Horizon City on Kenazo. There is a black woman with a terrible accent with long nails. She is was very rude to me after I asked her to help me. I dropped off a package with a preprinted label. The store did not scan the item correctly so I did not get a refund confirmation from the seller, Amazon. I asked her to check to see if the package had been picked up so she can rescan the label. She rudely responded by showing me her scanner tool and said that if it was in the store this tool would have scanned it. I told her I brought it in the day before and I did not need a receipt because I usually get an email from Amazon. She was not the same person that I dropped the package off with. This lady refused to look for the package and said told me to call Amazon about the package. Even though there were several boxes behind her she would not check. She said all packages have been picked up. She was very rude about it. I am not going back. I have heard similar issues from UPS and FEDEX drivers and others. I hope someone fires her. read more
