This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

Well, turns out they just take everything to the post office counter. They don't actually do mailing there. The cost to send three certified letters was over $50. Cost at the post office? Like $3ea. The guy was nice and ended up giving me a refund when I said I wanted my post back as I wasn't comfortable with this situation. They should be upfront about the process. The post office is 0.2 miles from this shop. I just went over there and got my mailing done.

Even when busy, the employee(s) on duty will stop to greet me and when they see me with a package, they say that if it's good go to, they can scan it in for me. I love that even if they're working on something, they take a break to help me out. It speeds things along. And since I am the type of person who wants visual confirmation that things were properly handed off, I appreciate that they always stop to scan things & hand me a tracking number receipt right away. Great experience at the FedEx on Tampa & Nordhoff in Northridge…read more I stopped by this FedEx Office location earlier this evening to print a large set of documents, and I wanted to leave a review because the staff really went out of their way to help me. What I thought was going to be a little over 100 pages turned into a much bigger job because some of my files had multiple pages inside them, so it took me a while to get everything sorted out on the self-service machines. While I was there, several employees helped me at different times, and every one of them was polite, professional, and very patient. I believe there were a few women and one gentleman working the front, and each time I needed help someone came over with a good attitude and helped me figure out what to do without making me feel rushed. I was getting frustrated with myself trying to organize the files, but the staff stayed calm and respectful the whole time, which made the situation much easier. It's not always easy dealing with customers who are confused or stressed, but they handled everything very professionally and kept a positive atmosphere in the store. Because of how helpful everyone was, I would definitely recommend this FedEx location on Tampa and Nordhoff to anyone who needs printing, copying, or shipping done. Today was 5 star service with an urgency to post a review. I walked in, and there was a few people ahead of me, but once I was greeted by Jarrett, it was all uphill from there. I asked him if he could help me laminate something, and he said he could do even better and show me how to do it myself, to which I said "that's great because I really don't like bothering anyone", to which he responded that it actually wasn't a bother, but they were just looking to help people become more "self-sufficient". I really appreciated how he worded that, and I told him so. And then he made a joke about his mom saying how he had a clever way with words. It was funny. He went ahead and showed me how to laminate my own items, and he did it very thoughtfully and effectively. The process stuck. And then he showed me how to cut the lamination with the paper cutter. And that was very helpful as well because when I was done cutting my lamination, I ended up with a lamination with very pointy corners. As I was waiting in line to ask him how to round out my pointy corners, it occurred to me how I could do it with myself with the paper cutter that he had already showed me how to use. I went ahead and completed the job myself. Self-sufficiency--thanks to Jarrett. The way he empowered me, and the way he spoke to me, the way he walked me through it all with pride and respect urged me to leave a five star review for FedEx office on Tampa Avenue in Northridge-- and urge the company to give Jarrett a raise and maybe look for him a position within the company with a little more responsibility but with a lot more pay. I was able to print the label, albeit with some difficulty. The computers were malfunctioning so it took me longer than expected. I would like to see them upgrade their computers because they were very slow. The attendant was pretty helpful but he seemed busy and could probably use some help. There was only one employee working there. But at the end of the day I was able to print the label and ship my item. I think if they could make some small changes the experience would have been better.

She needed me to send something overnight and I wasn't sure if I had made the cutoff time. When I walked in, I was greeted by Bertha, who was incredibly bubbly and welcoming. She quickly asked for the destination zip code and let me know it was still possible, which was such a relief. I ran back out to my car to grab the three boxes, and before I even made it far, Todd walked out from inside the store to help me. What a gentleman! Not only did the gesture completely surprise me, but he picked the three heavy packages from me like it was nothing. I couldn't believe the level of service. When I got to the counter, Agustin helped finish everything up and was just as kind and helpful as everyone else I had encountered. The whole team was warm, efficient, and genuinely friendly. What started as a hectic errand in the middle of a busy day turned into such a smooth and pleasant experience thanks to this amazing staff. I haven't stopped talking about it since.
