Backstory: My family and I planned a trip last summer to Vietnam and we needed to get our visas. We initially went to Universal Travel on 47th Ave. One of the agents that helped us told us that it would be $125 for a one month visa for Vietnam. My fiancé was skeptical because he said that it shouldn't be that expensive. While we were filling everything out, my fiancé called and asked her how much she usually pays for visas and she said that we were getting ripped off. Once we found out, we left and called around different agencies. We remembered there was a travel agency in the same plaza as Firehouse, where we eat occasionally, and decided to check it out. We went in and the couple were very welcoming and helpful. They only charge $80 for a one month visa! That's a $45 difference compared to the other place. I also went back there today for a one year visa which costs $215. Super cheap. Definitely go to Pacific Travel & Tours for your visas! P.S. Visas usually take about a week.

Mom guilt hit me, so I called him and asked him to plan a last-minute family getaway. Within hours, he had everything coordinated. I shut my laptop, grabbed a rental car, and drove through the night to Key West knowing our itinerary was taken care of. Arik doesn't just book travel, he gets to know his clients. He knows my family, understands what my kids will love, and consistently finds experiences that become lifelong memories. This trip included an incredible shark and dolphin tour that he specifically chose because it had the best reviews. Seeing dolphins in the wild had been on my bucket list for years, and thanks to him, it finally happened. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind. I never have to spend hours researching hotels, activities, or logistics because I know Arik has already done it. He is responsive, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and always goes the extra mile. My children have grown up with unforgettable vacations, and so many of those memories exist because of Arik's care and planning. If you're looking for someone who treats your trip as if it were his own family's, you won't find anyone better.
