The ladies that work here are super friendly even though it is almost always busy busy busy here! They do have P.O. Boxes here but keep in mind that you can only have access to them when the Hallmark store is open....and you can't mail international packages here. It super convenient for dropping off packages for work when I need a receipt for insurance purposes....the only drawback is of course its not the easiest place to get to but it beats going all the way down to the other post office location off of Alpharetta highway https://goo.gl/maps/AdnQnrrkitE2

This is the third time my package has been marked as "delivered" when it wasn't. Each time, I've…read moregone outside to look, and nothing was there. I filed a missing package report and received a call the next day saying the package had been delivered to the wrong address, and that I would receive it the following day. That explanation didn't sound believable--how could they be so sure they'd get it back from the wrong address? Still, I did end up receiving the package later that same day. At this point, I suspect this location marks packages as "delivered" before actually dropping them off, possibly hoping customers won't notice or report it. I also received regular mail that same day, which tells me the carrier just didn't want to get out of the truck and bring the package to my door. I've also had issues with possible theft. I once ordered an ice maker that was marked as delivered but never arrived. After reporting it, I was told the merchant had entered the wrong address--another excuse that didn't add up. When I reordered the same item, it came in a box clearly showing what was inside, which makes me think it may have been stolen the first time. I genuinely hate when my packages are shipped through this Post Office. I always prefer other carriers because I've never had these kinds of problems with them.

To be clear - I'm never thrilled to have to go to the post office. I try not to let my past…read moreexperiences stigmatize me - but I'm only human lol. Having said that - this location always seems to be operating 'better than the rest.' They're one of those locations that stays open until 6:30pm - which is nice - since I can never seem to wrap up and leave my house before 4pm thanks to my clients 'last minute' needs. When I venture in - and the lines are long, there will typically be an employee that comes from the back and asks if anyone is paying with cash, just needs stamps, just dropping, or just picking up - and the line whittles down quicker. Last visit - there was an employee that did this and even escorted myself and another customer over to the kiosk to purchase our postage. It was nice. I can't say I would recommend the kiosk - because it was not intuitive - and even the trained postal employee (that took us out of line and was assisting) had some struggles (albeit minor) with he interface. All in all - nice little post office. Workers are slooooow, but it's a Mayberry type slow - let's annoying because they're chatty and friendly with the slow movements - lol... so you don't mind it as much.
