During the cleaning process, the bow was unnecessarily removed and misplaced. When I picked up the dress from Del Nero, it still had a stain and was missing the bow. After a few days, the dry cleaner located the bow, and after some back and forth about my disappointment stated the owner would not be willing to assume the cost of having the dress sent off to the designer for repair, but assured me they could properly re-clean the dress and have their seamstress restore it to its original state. I provided several reference photos and requested they contact me with any questions. I received no communication. In mid-January, after the holidays, I realized I had never been contacted about my dress. When I reached out, the receptionist claimed she had left a voicemail, but I had no record of it. Upon retrieving my dress, I found that the stain was still present, the bow was reattached incorrectly, and a safety pin with cardboard tag had been put through the silk, putting holes in the fragile fabric. I was not offered a refund, and my dress was returned in worse condition than when I brought it in. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Del Nero.

I'm talking a TOTAL of $1.74. That's an average of 22 cents each. She accepted the packages in front of me though and didn't say a word. So she had to know at the time of acceptance that they were under. I have had other post office workers tell me that that was fine and they won't do anything for that weight bc they take the scales + or - into account. My wife went to talk to her and I kid you not she told her to get the F*ck out. Seriously. She needs to be fired. Can you tell a customer at your work to get the F*ck out? I know I would be out of a job. Next time I went she threw one of my packages in the box on the floor that I had a fragile sticker on. BEWARE!
