First off, Richard is a passionate and talented man, it's easy to see from the moment you meet him; Richard does what he loves. Second, he speaks dog... like direct communication, but what's cool is before I knew it, I was communicating with my babies even better. It is not often you meet somebody with the courage to walk away from every comfort they know to pursue something they love. Richard listened to what I wanted to do, I wanted to strengthen the bond between myself and the dogs. I already see a difference, they do too. The medicine he gave him for his arthritis is working and he's doing much better. My mom and dad passed so this little angel is all I have left of them. My daughter arrived with our baby in her arms--literally dying-- and was rudely treated by the front staff and sent home. Called a liar by staff. I know they are busy but one look in my girl's eyes would have made the difference. Took her to urgent care and they couldn't help. It was too late but it wouldn't have been hours earlier when a client calls the dr to help. Isn't that what they are there for?!? Dr. Love is good and kind but his staff are subpar at best. I would not ever recommend you take your pet here.
