Very friendly service! The barista took the time to tell us about the origin and roasting style of the pour over and espresso beans. It's a drive through but you can also walk up and have a seat at a clean shaded picnic table. Best in Kapaa in my opinion! read more

This is our second time here and we ate all of our food before we had a chance to take a picture. I eat plant based; the vegan options from the Viva Vegan Wrap to the Nut butter sandwich were so delicious! And the prices are reasonable. My husband had the Portuguese sausage wrap and he says it is "comfort food to the max". Some of the best he's had. The coffee is amazingly smooth and well done. You just don't ever find all this in one place! It can be a bit of a wait but keep in mind it's an awesome couple running the truck and they stay true to their name "Positive Coffee". Don't tout yourself for being the only drive thru coffee and not tend to the people in the car. Waited over 15 minutes for the person to get everyone in the walk up line before still not even coming to our car window. Ok. I had high hopes when this spot came up in a search for vegan breakfast. The coffee was ok. Did not hear any grinding of beans ...so for all I know I got a Keurig k cup .. The vedic burrito did not live up to the hype. No house made hot sauce or any hot sauce to be honest. Also ordered the cold morning oats served in a mason jar with fresh fruit and supposedly honey ...very bland again it may have been microwave oatmeal with a few slices of banana, and a few blueberries looked nice but just not a $9 item. The woman taking our order was pleasant but also clearly expected a tip.. Not so positive experience...my kcup at my hotel was a better brew. I don't think I realized this was a little coffee truck (even with photos lol) but I loved it! You can walk up or drive up. The day we came it started pouring! Lol and luckily there was small awning to stand under. The owner was super sweet and made recommendations - we got the cold brew, latte, Portuguese sausage burritos, loco moco burritos, and banana muffin There is some seating under a little canopy where you can enjoy your breakfast before heading back to your home / hotel. read more

This coffee truck is located in a parking lot with plenty of parking available. The owner is so friendly! She took time to review the menu with us and give us suggestions. We tried the iced vanilla latte and cold brew. The latte was good, I usually like mine a little more sweet. The cold brew was a lot more watery and bland than I was expecting. Highly recommend getting the biscuit with mango butter. It was flakey and buttery. The mango butter was perfect amount of sweetness. Keep in mind it can take some time for your order to be ready. They have couple picnic tables behind the truck. I was thrown off when paying they gave tip suggestions that started at 25% up to 35%. It's not a big deal, but just a bit much for an already expensive coffee. Still recommend checking this place out. read more

In todays age of franchise (gag) coffee, this was a fantastic find. I had a delicious Brazilian pour over, but rest assured they have a full menu of "fancier " drinks too. From their IG, it appears that they serve primarily single origin beans. They also serve quite a few breakfast items which are all organic and locally sourced. I had the organic biscuit which highly recommend! There are two outdoor picnic tables as well, and they are meticulously clean! What a plus!! Cute coffee truck tucked right on the main road through Kapaa. This has to be the best coffee I've ever had! In love with their mocha. Not sweet in a good way and the cacao they use is amazing. My wife had the cacao brew which was also fantastic! Seemed like we weren't the only ones on vacation either who became regulars during their vacation. This place really set the bar for me and I'll only ever be comparing my future coffee with what is positively the best coffee here in Kauai if not this planet for me. read more

The service was very polite and efficient, and the ambience was perfect -- the shaded outdoor seating made it so comfortable even though it was a hot, sunny day. We found this spot driving around and exploring the island. It's cool looking, lots of shade and benches to relax at. The coffee was good and they have a lot of different and interesting flavor combinations to try. They had some food and snack that looked good as well but i just had the coffee.
