This place was so cute. Sadly, I only got to come here once. It's located in the same center as Tiki Tacos. I wanted to try them out after our lunch, but they weren't open. So we stopped by another morning. They offer walk up service or even drive thru. Both are clearly marked with signs in the parking lot. There's seating on the other side of the truck next to the street. I had really wanted to try their golden milk latte since I've sadly been off coffee for a while. I was talking to the gal taking my order about matcha and while they don't have it, she recommended a couple local places that did. She gave me a slight discount on my order for giving her a shaka! The golden milk latte was delicious. I ordered it with coconut milk. I should have asked for a little bit of honey to make it a little sweeter, but otherwise, it was perfect and a delicious start to my day! Definitely recommend trying this place out!

Needed a coffee, and recognized the name of the truck as we were parking for tiki tacos. Good timing/ location. Got the simple black coffee. Very satisfying Friendly service.

Cute little coffee truck with such sweet workers! Overnight oats with fresh fruit was amazing! Coffee was good, although I wish I had added another shot so I would have had a better taste of it. Overall, it's a cute little truck with a sit down area and good coffee. We'll have to go again soon!

Another pre-hike breakfast brought us here, and there are so many good vibes coming out of this truck it's hard not to smile. We had great coffee, a delicious breakfast burrito with chile salsa, and overnight oats with blueberries and banana. And, despite the fact that it's a food truck, they have a "drive thru" area that seemed to be popular with locals, as observed while we were waiting. Oh, and don't forget your Shaka discount. Yes, there is a sign, but you can get a discount just for promoting good vibes.

Amazing experience at Positive Coffee. Owner is very kind and service was very fast. Family got iced mochas and flat whites and everyone enjoyed their coffee. My iced mocha was not too sweet with natural cacao notes. There is shaded outdoor seating which is not difficult to get. Convenient location, located right off Kuhio Highway, perfect stop if going from one side of the island to another. I highly recommend this spot!

We wanted to try a different coffee spot any chance we got and we stopped by this coffee truck to start off the day. I ordered the 48 hour cold brew with coffee ice cubes and oat milk. It was pretty good, not too strong and not too light. The Ube muffin was okay. Great service and good coffee. Highly recommend stopping by here when in Kaapa.

They don't take reservations for smaller parties, but they do have an option to add your name to a waitlist online through Yelp. Fortunately we arrived early enough that there wasn't a wait yet, and we were able to get seated almost immediately. First off, I love all the chicken decor. It suits the island vibe and is so Kauai! The food and drinks were all fantastic. A couple members of our party ordered sweets (french toast and waffles) and a couple of us did savory (breakfast sandwich and Kauai benedict). Across the board, we were all extremely happy with our choices and continued to rave about this meal even after it was over. If you love breakfast/brunch, definitely plan to visit Kountry Kitchen during your visit to Kauai!

The loco moco gravy was jello - ish texture and cold. The meat was not tasty and it was dry. Corn beef hash was better if I would have made it myself. Disappointed in prices. They charged me $10 for a cup of pineapples. A small CUP of pineapples without even letting us know it was not part of the side option but an addition. Will not return, better to go down the street to McDonald's and get a tastier breakfast. The inside was also pretty dirty.

I can't remember exactly which poke varieties we got, but I believe one was their shoyu poke and the other was a spicy ahi. Regardless, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. This is exactly the kind of mom-and-pop spot I love finding while traveling. No frills, just friendly people serving great food at reasonable prices. The poke was fresh, the karaage was flavorful, and the lau lau was tender and comforting. The staff was welcoming, the portions were generous, and the prices were fair, especially considering the quality of the food. There are plenty of places to eat on Kauai, but spots like this are what make a trip memorable. We'll definitely be back the next time we're on the island.

It is a store like place, so it kind felt like I was walking into a deli but with fish options!

Such a cool spot…read more Place is on the side of the road which you wouldn't expect to be anything special, but it's right next to a mountain. Super lush surroundings with ample outdoor seating (wooden benches). Service was very friendly. Drink: The "One Speed" coffee smoothie was the best smoothie I've ever had. Amazing combination of flavors, huge portion. Highly recommend for any coffee/chocolate/cinnamon fan; tasted kinda like an iced mocha with a hint of banana! Very balanced and not at all too sweet Wife got a coconut to drink - super refreshing. They cut up the coconut to eat the flesh after she finished! What a gem, will definitely return the next time I'm in Hawaii. Only regret is not trying more things.

When I went there even happened to be some live music. It made for a lovely family friendly ambiance I got the "Next Level" bowl with additional soursop - Pros: way more filling than I expected. The peanut butter and coconut chunks definitely added heft. I loved the texture of the coconut chunks that added a chunky bite, whereas the granola added a light crisp. The textures were really fun to eat. The açai base wasn't overly sweet - Cons: aside from banana, any other fruit is additional $2.50, which is pretty pricey. In total, my bowl came to $20. It was unfortunate that the soursop wasn't fruit chunks, but instead a puree In addition to the standard menu, today they had a special bowl with assorted fruit on top, yum. No full service washrooms on site, only porta potty
