I have an Alaskan Malamute and and Airedale terrier mix. Alanna is an amazing groomer! We've done two de-sheds for our Alaskan Malamute and two haircuts for our Airedale terrier mix with Alanna. She's so patient with me, and my pups still adore her even though they're not the biggest fans of getting groomed. The last time I went though, I haven't gone back because they changed my dog to a "long hair" dog and upped his weight, which was not correct. He does have longer hair than the typical Cattle Dog, but upon taking him to two other Petco locations, both of them stated he shouldn't have been changed to a long hair dog. The groomer seemed kind of bothered to groom him. The store side is usually well stocked, I think this location is awesome, except grooming is a bit mediocre.

Again no one around to help with what beta fish need. We ended up having to go to Walmart and Amazon for help. We have spent $100s of dollars in the last 2 weeks on animal stuff and gone to petco for advice and help, to receive none. The staff is unfriendly and very unhelpful. There was no lack of people working but unwilling to even point us in the right direction. Go to Amazon, mudbay or Walmart.

There was one lady who just rubbed me the wrong way, I don't know why, just got a weird vibe. Dear Reber Ranch Management,…read more After having our two pets groomed at your Kent location, we discovered a deep cut near our female dog's vulva. She is in pain, has stopped eating and drinking, and no longer responds to walks she normally loves. The groomer who returned her asked whether she usually licks herself, then suggested sanitizing wipes might explain the licking. No, our dog does not normally behave this way. We found the wound after noticing her repeatedly licking that area. Her comments strongly suggest to me that she knew something was wrong and offered an excuse instead of disclosing what happened. I am deeply concerned that an injury caused during grooming may have been concealed. I expect an immediate investigation, a written explanation, appropriate disciplinary action based on the findings, and coverage of veterinary expenses attributable to this incident. Please have management contact me within 24 hours. Sumit
