What a gem for the area! This place is clean, the technicians are cautious to do a good job with each nail, prices are reasonable and everyone seems to be in a good mood. I'll definitely be coming back! Update: it's been 3 weeks since I got my nails done (gel) and they are still in perfect shape! read more

Love the interior- relaxing stone massage with my pedicure... clean, decent pricing- def recommend!

Although my SNS took longer than I anticipated, they did a really good job with my nails and my pedicure. Happy to find a place in Brooklyn that does a good job with both. SN: they also charge fees if you use a card, so BRING CASH. They'll waive the fee if you're a new customer though. read more

I've been coming to this salon for the past 5 months for SNS nails and I have had a pretty good experience. The team is friendly and recognize me at this point, immediately deferring to speaking to me in Chinese. The younger tall guy who sits in the back does the best shaping and is the most detailed oriented when it comes to SNS, however, I haven't experienced anything less than good here from the other technicians as I take whoever is available. My manicures have lasted up to 4 weeks here, but I usually go in for an appointment every 3 weeks. The only downside is that I don't think they have the largest selection of colors for SNS and, unfortunately, do not do ombré designs if you want to mix things up a bit. The location can get pretty busy during the weekend so I try to call in/yelp message for an appointment within the first hour that it opens in the mornings. I'll definitely be back again as it's a solid place that's within a 15 min walk from my apartment and I'm a pretty happy camper spending my $35 + tip with this team. read more

Looove this place! 1. It's so clean and modern 2. The staff is so friendly and nice 3. They did such an amazing job with my nails and I didn't wait at all. They took care of me right away as soon as I chose a nail polish. 4. For what you get, the prices aren't bad at all. 5. It's easily a place to be a repeat customer. Highly recommend! read more

So. To start, I used to come here regularly when only 3 nail techs did sns dip powder nails (the owner, the young lady who sits next to her, and a tall, slim guy who sat towards the back). I stopped coming here because they have a super limited selection for dip powder (they don't even have regular royal blue or standard red). I came back twice for emergency manicures and both times, my nails were done by other people who were clearly less experienced. I knew I needed to come today so I called and made an appt with the owner ahead of time and confirmed 630pm Monday. I showed up 15 mins early and she wasn't there. I was told it's her day off which makes no sense since she told me to come in at 630pm. Anyway, the nail tech they gave me was clearly inexperienced. He moved slow, dipped my nails incorrectly (straight down, not at angle) and kept hitting my nails when he was working on another nail. He couldn't do coffin shaped and before he applied top coat, I showed him that I could see where each of the 3 layers of dip powder started... even after he buffed them more, he couldn't fix it. He even acknowledged you could see the layers but not much. I can even feel the different layers. By this point I was there for an hour and 45 mins so I just gave up trying to guide him and left. So to summarize, I made an appt with someone who didn't show up (1 of 2 ppl who can do dip nails because the 3rd guy no longer works there), no one apologized, and the other nail techs are incompetent and aware of this. Long story short, go elsewhere because even trying to get an appt with someone who's good at their job doesn't guarantee they'll be the one who does your nails. In the future, I'll just walk around with busted nails til I can go to my normal salon. read more

I'm sure I will come back here again. I had made an appointment and shown up 3-4 mins before. They call me exactly on time which is great. I picked a gel nail polish color I thought I like, but I realized it was too dark on my toes. I asked my nail technician if I can change the color, and she was willing to help me to find different color. Now I wear nice gel color on my toes. She's done wonderful job. read more

I noticed this nail salon when they opened but haven't got a chance to try it until now. I did manicure and pedicure set, for the price I'd say it worth every penny!! The technician was very friendly and patient, and surely very good at what he does! They have Sally Hans product which I think is even better than OPI. The new massage chair was very comfy, and overall this place is so so so clean!!! Will come back here soon! read more

Salon is very clean and updated beautifully. When it's good weather outside they open the back door and it just brings in gorgeous sunshine and peaceful serenity. I got acrylic tips done here as well as a pedicure . read more

I found this nail salon on Yelp and I couldn't be happier. The gentleman did an amazing gel manicure. He delicately removed the previous gel manicure I had and then proceeded to work his magic. He was very detail oriented and I absolutely loved it. I'm still in love with my mani and it's been over two weeks!! A woman did my pedicure and I was extremely impressed. I've been disappointed in the past months with the quality of pedicures in Brooklyn BUT this place convinced me and won themselves a permanent customer. Check them out! You won't regret it. read more

Great to have a new, clean nail salon on our side of the neighborhood. Nice pedicure chairs, priced the same as the way older and more hectic places north on 5th avenue. It's always a reasonable volume in here-patrons and staff are never screaming at each other and the music volume is sane. A very relaxing experience. And a great pedicure, too! read more

Posh Nails - I just had dip powder done and I'm definitely coming back! Place is modern, clean and professional. - Nail Salons Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I went here specifically for SNS nails and I was so surprised when I arrived. This place is incredibly cute and doesn't fit the neighboring stores. It's far into Brooklyn but well worth it. Also, the best eyebrow waxing I've have in NY. Just saying. read more

The Best Nail salon on this Side of BROOKLYN! Nancy has been doing my nails done, since she opened! I checked it out... place Very Very clean. All of Nancy's staff are very professional, soft spoken, I love the atmosphere, no loudness! However , Nancy is a Joy, great sense of humor, and knows her Profession Very well. Always pleasant, even to the rudeest customer. I highly recommend Posh Nails. read more

Update: Found more cuts to my heel after showering last night. She had filed my heel RAW. DO NOT go to this place. *** I've been wanting to try this salon for awhile and finally had the chance to as I was in the neighborhood. It has great Yelp reviews so I had no reason to think otherwise. I asked for a regular Mani-Pedi and the lady assigned to me asked if I wanted to upgrade to a Spa Pedi which included a 10 minute massage, callus removal and some sort of leg mask treatment for $41 to which I agreed to. I'm not sure if she was new but she was rough and hurried through the job, and in the process of filing my foot, took off a piece of skin. I repeatedly ask her to be more gentle but she continued to rush through the pedi and then the mani. She was so hurried that she bumped her hand into two fingers that she had just finished painting and therefore had to start all over again. The total experience was painful and took longer than necessary. At the end of the service, I asked for the manager who peered over and asked one of her staff to hand me $19. I told her I wasn't asking for a refund, but I just wanted to report that the service was poor. A sincere apology would have been enough, but the manger didn't even come over and merely muttered a 'sorry' as I walked out the door. For the same price, I would not return but go to my usual spa at Union/5th. Lastly, the tools they used looked dirty which also grossed me out. Prepare Polysporin and hope you don't get fungus from their tools if this is your go to nail spot... read more

horrible service the nail tech was talking alot of crap while attending me while giving me my gel pedicure horrible horrible service never comming back read more

Beautiful, serene and high quality. They have every polish (Essie, opi, etc) and all of the furniture (pedicure chairs, etc) is brand new. I went recently on a warm day and they had their back doors (which face a small terrace) open, allowing for a perfectly comfortable atmosphere. Truly spa like while being in the same price point (or less than) other nail places in the area. PS- hot stone massage for your legs is included in the pedicure. read more

Just okay, which isn't how you should feel after spending $50+ on a manicure. I got SNS with extensions. The service was very rushed and I ended up with different length nails, with most of them being shorter than I asked for. They also tried to correct the shape last minute after not paying attention, so they're in between square and round. Didn't cut my cuticles or do any of the regular grooming. Won't be coming back here. read more

This place is so great. On my first time coming in I worked with Elise, and had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. She was very thorough, gentle, and super sweet. 2 weeks later I came in, but Elise was off and I chose to do a regular mani pedi. Within an hour of leaving, I messed up one of my nails, luckily after calling the salon they said they would be happy to repaint it for me at no charge! Honestly I would have been happy to pay for it (I should've known better to get gel), but the fact they took care of it for me gratis shows how much they care about customer service. I plan to come back again and bring friends! read more

So far, so good. I have gone several times. They have a great selection of colors. They use SNS which I love. Its is stylish and clean salon. Oh and the massage pedicure chairs work (most don't in the places I've been in the past). The prices are not bad either. They do make mistakes but are willing to fix them with no problem. I must say one time I had to return a few days later to repair several nails that cracked. I was all ready for them to blame me for them cracking and give me a hard time to correct them. I was ready for a fight but there was no fight. They took me right away and fixed all my issues and did not charge me nor would she accept a tip. I was SHOCKED!!!! The only reason they lose a star is because during a pedicure she cut me and I began to bleed and she just continued working as if I wasn't bleeding. I am not making the fact that she cut me an issue but that I had to ask for her to put something on it. I couldn't believe I had to ask. All in all they have been friendly, accommodating and hygienic. read more

So happy to find this great new salon. A Very clean, stylish space. I've been two times so far to get the SNS manicure-for those unfamiliar, it's a special manicure where your nail Is placed in a dipping powder which has no odor, no liquid, no primer and no UV light = No drying time! The techs are great, lots of attention to detail. Thrilled to have them in the neighborhood. read more

Called for an appointment for 2 people at 1:30 pm and waited for 30 minutes and they took 2 other people who walked in to salon after me. Completely unprofessional with no communication whatsoever. Don't bother making appointments here, they don't keep them and they have no customer service. The worst. read more

Came to this place because it's close to my apartment and was extremely disappointed. I'd been a few times before and never had an issue. This time, I came with my boyfriend and was very clear that he and I would both like pedicures and I'd also like a manicure--the lady repeated back to us "2 pedicures and 1 manicure". The salon was busy, so my boyfriend and I were patient and understanding when they still hadn't taken him for a pedicure AFTER my manicure was done. I sat for my pedicure, and reminded them that my boyfriend wanted one too--they said yes they knew. They brought a girl who had gotten there after us for hers, then a guy and his wife who had literally just walked in the door. At this point, I was upset and my boyfriend had walked out and said "I'll pass". Worth mentioning that he was the only black person in the nail salon. Highly doubt that was a coincidence. Won't be returning or recommending. read more

Came in today to get my nails taken off. Had gotten them done overseas and no clue what kind of nails they did on me. I told them it was color gel and they proceeded to soak off my nails. After 10 minutes of soaking, they told me nicely, they didn't think i got color gel and seemed like it was UV gel I got since they were not coming off. The nice technician went on to file off the nails. She was so patient and gentle with the entire process. I've been to many salons before where they are so rough and file your nails super hard to the point where you bleed sometimes. This tech really took her time and was super careful. I decided on a french manicure color gel and she did a phenomenal job!! My nails were all different lengths from breaking, etc, so the tech cut and filed them all to the same length. She asked if I wanted to cut my cuticles, and I declined, hearing that it's not good for you. I absolutely love my nails and cant stop looking at them! She was so precise and even suggested the colors for me. Will definitely be a regular here! read more

Solid experience. Got a simple mani on a Friday afternoon. Courteous staff and manicurist, hygienic practice of using new nail files, and calm atmosphere. Next time I'm back, I'll try a gel manicure and pedicure at their comfortable-looking chairs. In and out with a simple manicure, including dryer time, within 45 minutes. read more

Posh is a really nice salon with great prices! I got a gel manicure and a pedicure for just $46, which I think is a great deal, and they did a really nice job. I walked in on Saturday afternoon and was helped right away. The salon also has a good number of chairs. Will come back again! read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The customer service here is ridiculous !! I waited an HOUR for a simple fill in yet almost 10 ladies that came after me were being treated before me. Honestly how rude of them!!! And every time I walk in they never greet me yet they greet every other customer mind you I'm the only lady in there that wears a hijab. After today I'm NEVER going back and I advise you not to waste your penny on here either . Disgusting!! If you want a successful business how about work on your people skills!!! read more

Really disappointed with this place cause I had heard good things. I believe this is a chain in NJ and CT. Went here after my other nail tech of almost 2 years. My pedicure was ok even tho you can get that anywhere. Then I was scheduled to have an acrylic full set. The guy didn't even know what that was. He thought I wanted my tips soaked off to keep my real nails. I asked for coffin he messed up the shape by cutting it oval shaped so that I had all crooked uneven nails. Also did not cut my cuticles right and the guy kept making jokes saying they're not going to look perfect, meanwhile they look perfect when I go to other places. He also didn't know acrylic and kept putting random globs making my nails too thick so I was basically telling him how to do it. I was unaware that this place mostly does manicures on natural nails and not acrylic tips. They seem to be very disorganized and customers were fighting over who was first. Not the best $67 I spent and this was probably the second worst salon I've been to. I'm used to paying up to $80 for perfectly straight and even nails with designs. read more
