We had pedicures only. We had three people in our party. Scheduled online and then called as all nail salons can be notoriously bad. They answered immediately and I told them I had booked online right before the call. They looked it up and confirmed it was ready. They promised to have three technicians waiting and available at our time slot. The packages were all reasonably and competitively priced. The technicians were available and did great. They accommodated a baby on a lap well. The place was clean and cute. They did say that the weekends are busy and time slots cannot be guaranteed with walk ins. So I would keep that in mind. For what we like to get, we would recommend this place. read more

Very consistent nail care by Chi and the staff work with me on my monthly appointments

I love the decor, comfort, cleanliness, and variety of services offered. The quality of service is good, though a little inconsistent. However, the scheduling and front desk staff need some work. First, I made an appt and got a message the day before the appointment that the stylist didn't work there anymore. They said they'd put me with someone unassigned or I could reschedule. So, I made a new appt. with any available staff. They sent me a text less than an hour before the appointment saying they were busy and I needed to reschedule. The last appointment I had , the receptionist kept coming over to hurry the stylist bc someone made a request for the stylist as a walk in. I have also waited for 20 minutes twice for appointments scheduled in advance. The scheduling is not working. The receptionist is not friendly or welcoming. I will not be back. read more

Only had great service here. Always done a walk-in and got seated immediately but they do have appointments available. First time getting acrylics and the lady knew exactly what to do with what I wanted. She did perfect. The place feels luxury and modern. read more

I just relocated from Texas and this was my 3rd visit here, sadly, my worst. The first two times were great, but my last appointment felt rushed. The tech pressured me to keep my nails long, saying almond shape "needs length" even though I've had almond nails for 2 years without a problem. I paid $67 plus tip (even though I was unhappy) and later left a review through their texting system. After that, I got a call from Malika saying they'd fix it. I went back, only to be told they'd charge me extra to shorten my nails because I "wasn't charged" for it the first time. Instead of fixing their mistake, they wasted my time and gave me a second bad experience. A salon that doesn't value customers' time or stand behind their work is not one I recommend. read more

One more dipped nail fell off! Had my nails done on Saturday. Had nail come off on my left hand on Sunday. Went there, it was fixed. Now sitting here at work and a nail falls off my right hand and I am not doing anything but typing. So disappointed. Now I will have to make another trip. This has never happened to me before. This was my first time at Posh. read more

Too much up selling. I told her I wanted the least expensive pedicure $32 she kept pushing me to upgrade but it wasn't in my budget. So when I went to check out it was $56. Without my knowledge she used gel after I specifically said I was on a budget. Now it will cost me more next time to get the gel off. They are all about the sales, customer service is not a priority Then they request a large tip in cash! I pay taxes, so should they. Never again! Totally ripped off. read more

Chi was amazing, very thorough and quick but didn't lack quality. My nails and toes turned out amazing.

My first time here and I chose it due to the reviews. I guess my mistake though was walking in and getting whoever was available for a pedicure. I have emailed and fb messaged about my experience and even though I can see on messenger that my message was "seen" they unfortunately did not reply. The tech was a sweet woman but we definitely had some gaps in understanding each other. She asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed, I said no and she trimmed them. She dug so hard into my big toe that it bled and today feels like it's infected. I did specifically ask that my heels be filed and she recommended an upgrade that I thought would mean I'd get a better heel scraping but she only filed the side of my feet, never did the bottom of heels. I paid $72 for a very unsatisfactory experience and am really disappointed that they didn't reply to my messages. read more

This was the third nail salon I have visited since moving to Rogers, AR from San Diego, CA. Needless to say, the first two salons were disappointing in one way or another or I wouldn't have had a need to continue my search. I think Posh is the place for me, and I'll tell you why. Unlike the first salon I tried, the interior is lovely. It was clean and inviting. They accept walk-ins, which we were. As a caregiver for my live-in MiL & FiL, it is often very difficult for me to plan an outing. I highly appreciate that I can walk-in as needed. Unlike the second salon I tried, the service was exceptional. I never felt rushed. The staff was attentive to my needs. They also showed me how the second salon had damaged my nails, and told me what I could do to regain healthy nails. They never attempted to up sell me. I told them what I wanted, and they provided it well. I would highly recommend Posh to anyone looking for nail care. read more

Been here a few times and was always ok until tonight. Had a male technician who did my gel manicure. His nails were super long and he kept digging them into my skin, which made the pedicure painful. He didn't check the temp of the hot stones, which I get they're supposed to be hot, but they're not supposed to feel like they're burning your skin off. Then my pedicure came out all crooked and had blood traces from him pressing into my skin too hard. Also didn't appreciate that he coughed on me several times. Completely grossed out. read more

Mail technicians are nice and did a good job with my nails but be extremely careful with their prices. They will trick you into upgrading your service without realizing it. Their booklet is not intuitive of pricing and lot of the services are named the same, thought I was getting the $37 service and turned out to be $87. Made my experience extremely expensive and I wish I wouldn't have come. Expressed this concern to the management and they said since the service has been completed there is nothing to be done. I've been here and chosen a good nail tech beforehand who I communicated with beforehand and got great service so I hate to give such a low rating but this past experience was painful and potentially unhygienic. Yesterday, I came in for a full set walk in which is never ideal but was a last minute decision. My nail tech was an older woman who was clearly frustrated with me from the get-go and got even more frustrated as time went on. She clipped my nails with clippers from a pink box that didn't seem sterilized. She never pulled it from a package and it was just sitting in the box at the table when I got there. We had some communication issues and as someone with parents who aren't super comfortable speaking English I would never be a jerk about that but she seemed very frustrated with me for asking questions and requesting a different nail clipper which she didn't do. I did ask her if I could go shorter after the acrylic was applied which I get could be annoying but when she said no I was still pleasant. I asked questions multiple timesto make sure we're we're understanding one another after she didn't change the clippers and I think that made her mad. She twisted my fingers and used the motorized file until my fingers hurt. I said ow several times and she didn't do anything until I pulled my hand away reflexively from pain and and she said sorry but didn't let up. It's five am the day after and I'm awake because three of my nails hurt. There's usually an adjustment time getting used to acrylics but I've never had them hurt like this. The tips of my nails are bubbly and the paint is built up on the underside. It doesn't look bad from above but I shouldn't have been treated poorly. When I left my niece, who was with me and waited at the couches said she looked annoyed and frustrated when I went up to pay and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt until someone else confirmed that it wasn't a language barrier thing or just in my head. Don't walk in for full set! read more

sadly after visiting this nail salon every two weeks for the past four months I won't be returning. the technician kept asking my ethnicity and where I was from and proceeded to gossip in Vietnamese which I'm fluent in. he couldn't even do a proper French manicure. If you go here ask for Que! My mom and I both came here and she wasn't super happy with her nail tech and wished she had Que to do her nails instead. He did such a good job on my nails and kept looking over them to make sure they were up to his expectations and that i liked them! He did a great job cleaning up my nails and the hand massage felt so nice! There is a large color selection of polishes (regular, dip and gel). They even offer wine while you get your nails done! The place is very well decorated and large. I noticed they even have a few chairs in the back for children to get pedicures. There is a large staff and tons of chairs. Scheduling was super easy and I got in really fast and they had the time I asked for. Prices are very typical to other nail salons. I was skeptical when I first came in here because i basically had to take my own dip polish off... they had me soak my already dip manicured nails in some acetone and in the bowl there was a paper towel that they told me to mess with and rub on my nails. I couldn't take my hands out till all the polish was off, usually at other places they will foil wrap and take the polish off themselves which I feel should be included in the price of the manicure. If you are in Rogers definitely go here and don't forget to ask for Que if you want a very nice manicure! read more

After moving up to the Rogers area from Fayetteville, I was interested in finding a nail salon closer to my house. I have high standards, as the salon I frequent in Fayetteville is the best I've ever found. Posh was very large and impressive when I first walked in, and they even had a receptionist taking names and managing appointments. Very vast selection of polishes, and the wait wasn't bad at all even though I didn't have an appointment. Most people there knew the staff by name, and were definitely regulars which was a good sign. They serve alcohol (although I'm not sure if it is free or an added charge) and the atmosphere is calming. I got the basic pedicure, and it was $27 which I felt was a little high since I'm used to a top notch pedicure for $20. Some things I consider "standard" in a pedicure (like a leg scrub, and getting your cuticles trimmed) were not a part of the basic pedicure. However, things I consider part of "premier" or "luxury" pedicures were included in the basic, like a hot stone massage and a lengthy oil massage. The paint job was good, and everyone was very nice. However, I'm going to try other places in Rogers before I find the salon I decide to frequent. I would recommend posh, nothing was negative about my encounter, it just wasn't exactly what I am looking for in a salon, particularly at a higher price than I'm accustomed to. read more

My favorite nail bar in the area. The whole place feels glamorous and the chairs are nice, you can get a glass of wine, and it feels very relaxing even to wait. I've never waited longer than a few minutes and my paint jobs are always high quality. My last manicure, a regular manicure, lasted over 2 weeks!! I would definitely return and bring my friends. read more

I came to this place on a Friday afternoon. They were pretty busy but the managed to squeeze me in. I was so thankful because another place told me that I would have to wait until Saturday to be seen. I came in and I picked my colors and was taken to my pedicure chair right away. The woman who did my nails was so sweet and kind. She didn't try to push any extra services on me. I got my hands and toes done. IT was like $69.00 which I think was a little pricey but the service was so good and my nails lasted a long time, I guess it was worth it. My biggest issue was when I called and asked how much it would cost the lady on the phone would not tell me. Which I somewhat understand as it just depends what pedicure package you get, but she didn't even give me a price range. Also it took like almost two hours to get my hands and feet done which I think is a really long time when all I got was the a pedicure and gel manicure. read more

Great service and great product! Will visit again next time in the area and looking for other posh mail bars for next mail visit.

The way a high end nail salon should be. From greeting to chair to finish. Promptly greeting and asked name. I had no appointment and only waited 2 -3 min. The biggest supply of colors I have ever seen. Over 25 pedicure chairs. Plastic covers put in pedi chairs, clean prepackaged tools. You are given a pedicure menu. Prices start at $37 and go up from there. 40 minutes of pampering. Best pedi in along time. There is a kids area too. 10 kids chairs. Great for birthday parties. Needed a fill from a really bad fill at a different salon last time. They were able to clean up my nails and correct the lifting. Fill was $19. Clean, sanitary, quite, comfortable. Wine menu available too. They are more expensive than most salons in the areas but you get what you pay for. I'll be back. Just hope the service continues to stay the way it is. Great place. read more
