if I could rate lower than a 1 I would! I had my nails done here a couple of weeks ago (mani & pedi). both were done in colors not requested, but I did not have time to wait for them to be re done. Today, I thought I would give them a second chance & I would watch the colors closely. I told them the color I wanted and was told ok they could do what I requested, I then reiterated the previous experience, they reassured me. So they began soaking my old nails off and began the pedi. It was not until they had removed my prior nails (that were not in bad shape) that they decided to confess they could not polish the colors I had requested. So I told them to stop. if they couldn't do what they told me could be done (multiple times) I didn't want anything. They lied to me, left me w nasty nails and then expected me to pay for it. This place is a good, middle of the road place to get your nails done. They are friendly, they are accommodating with what you want. My gel nails normally last about 2 weeks which is a decent time. I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door. No wait at all, but it was a Sunday afternoon. Lots of polish and gel options. My toes tend to chip shortly after a pedicure so I opted for gel- the pedicurist said it would be no problem. They have about 7 different pedicure options to choose from. I chose the hot stone pedicure. The pedicurist was relaxed in her work- I wasn't rushed in and out of the chair. This is my BIGGEST pet peeve with nail salons. If I wanted a quick paint, I would just do it myself. I appreciate this in a salon. Overall after tip, I would say it was on the pricey side, but 100% worth it. All that's missing is a complementary glass of wine ;-) ***Update!!! I've had the same un-chipped gel polish on my toes since I wrote my review originally (Almost 3 weeks). I had two fills done at Sassy, and the second fill I had totally jacked my nails to the point they all came off within the second week. During the fill, the woman made comments that the fills were not done right and asked me where I had them done. When I stated where I had them done and pointed to the nail tech (standing behind her), she got really REALLY quiet and continued the fill in silence. I have been a patron of nail salons for the past 35 years and I really wanted this place to be spot on, as it is clean, organized, and the people seem friendly. When I walked in I showed a photo of a very easy nail design, basically it would be drawing a triangle on my nail. I was told yeah someone can do that. My husband got a fancy pedicure package, with rocks & all of this other stuff. I knew I would take longer because of my nail design so I asked for the "express pedicure" package. Guess what? The EXPRESS pedicure took 1 HOUR & 30mins!! They had old nail polish in the color I wanted so they said to pick another color, they did not have the Grey I wanted to so I just settled on a color. By this time my husband was already half way through is manicure. So I get to the nail tech & show her the design pic & she looks lost like it's a Michelangelo painting, it was SO easy!!! She was looking around the room lost. Since my husband was almost done with his pedicure AND manicure I said "forget the design let's just do a solid color". Then my husband had to wait 45 mins for my nails to be done. Worst experience of my life at a nail salon. While I was getting my nails done, another client came in to get her nail design finished & they said they couldn't do it. She said "but I was just in here a few minutes ago & the nail tech said they could do it". She ended up walking out with her nails done. WORST PLACE!!!!! All nail salons are hit and miss, depending on who you get. Luckily enough, I found my guy on my first trip. Ask for Duc. He is the one that always says welcome when someone enters. He can be quick if you're on your lunch, he can really treat you nicely and take his time if you have it. He will remind you to tell him if he ever hurts you, asks if the massage pressure is okay, and makes sure every. Single. Nail is perfect before you leave. His square-round shaping is perfect. Their pedicures are better than average. Even the basic one provides both oil massage and briefly using hot stones. They have many options if you want scrub or something. It's a normal nail salon - Vietnamese ran. Slightly dingy/dirty/awkward music playing. For the most part, utensils are sanitized. I did think it was odd that the finger gel polish light machine was brought to the pedicure station to use on toes (so someone's toes could've been on the machine you're now placing your hand on). Nothing extremely unsanitary that I would run from or makes me feel unsafe. The ONE hang up that might make me look elsewhere is their gel polish selection. I only use gel, specifically OPI, and their selection just lacks. Few gel polished have matching regular polishes. They do not get the new seasons colors when they come out. Some polish bottles are dingy and old. I'd say they have half the options as my old salon. They do have tons of powder options though! read more

I called at approximately 3:45pm hoping to find available appointments for 5 pedicures and no chip manicures. The owner kindly welcomed me over the phone and booked us for 4:30-4:45pm on a Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival the owners were extremely welcoming and ready to assist. I'm not certain what everyone else's thoughts were, however I must say that the male owner was charismatic and went above and beyond to make sure we were there to enjoy our pampering. After he kindly handled the dirty work on my feet, his technician Ana (please forgive me if I said it wrong) took over the coloring and my mani. Ana, is your go-to gal.
