The first time I came, it was a great experience and my nails looked perfect. I came back 3 weeks later and they had someone do my nails that I wasn't scheduled with. Appointment was at 12:00 and a lady who obviously wasn't a nail tech painted my toenails and there is polish on my skin and it's lumpy. The customer service here is interesting. I came with my sisters and came to see that there is only three workers. We had an appointment at 2 and someone who had appointment at 2:30 got to go before us. Ridiculous if you ask me. Guess we will see how the nails turn out! read more

So I guess my friends and my reviews had been taken down lol. On 2/25/23 her and I went here to get full set acrylics. She wanted a purple glitter French tip with a flower on the index and I wanted a pink French tip with some flowers. First off, when I asked for long nails she then said no and cut them almost down to my finger tip. Secondly they were superrrrrrr uneven. For my friends nails I posted what she wanted vs what she got. She told her nail tech she no longer wanted the flower (prior to him doing it) and refused to listen and proceeded to do it anyways so he could of course charge her extra. She was getting them done for her honey moon and ended up leaving the store crying. Idk why there are such good reviews and some pictures of very cute nails, but then the one time we go we get left with terrible service. I have been biting my nails since elementary school and now have finished my undergrad so ive really been trying for a long time to grow out my nails. They were a little longer when i went in but he had to even them out and now im so excited to watch them grow he was very gentle with my hands and wont leave you sore from filing like some places do. This is a new salon that opened around 1 1/2 years ago. Mary and her husband own the salon. Brand new chairs and stations. It's right between Harp's and the movie theatre. Mary is the absolute best at Dip technique. I met her through another salon and followed her because she is so very good at what she does. It's best to make an appointment if you want a specific technician, but a lot of people just walk in. Their prices are competitive. read more

The nail tech who did our nails was great. He did a wonderful job and was very accommodating. I went to get pedicures with a friend who has one prosthetic leg. The tech told us that she could have her pedicure for half off because, well, she only has one leg. We laughed about this and then he began working on our toes. Half the time. Half the work. Half the products used. Half the pay would make sense, right? Nope. While the tech agreed that it would be fine the lady that rang us up did not. It's just the principle of the situation. Would you pay full price for half a sandwich? Would you pay full price to watch half a movie? So why pay full price for a pedicure when you only have one friggin foot?!? The cashier should have held up the price the tech gave us. We will not be returning. read more
