This place is just amazing. I have had multply services here. The young lady that does my feet is just so sweet. She seems to be a great mom. She talks so pisitive about her kids. Every time I get my pedicure I am so relaxed. They do all the essentials rubbing, cleaning, soaking and they put a cut design on my big toe. The wonderful lady that does my nails is so sweet. She is always smiling and gives me ideas for my nails. I just moved here and love this place!!! read more

rude staff, they messed up on my pedicure and basically told me 'too bad.' not even an apology. Do not go there

I had Gel X done and my nails started popping off not even 24 hrs later. They rushed through my nail appointment, I have always had my nails take an hour or 2 and instead I was in and out of the chair in 30 min. I thought they looked amazing and I was impressed but now that they've started popping off I'm furious. I'm from out of town and can't go get them redone read more

Boycott this place! Note the better reviews are 2-3 years ago. The bad ones are currently! No one should be treated RUDELY! If I could give this train wreck of a nail salon ZERO STARS I would!!! All's fine until the tech starts walking over yelling back to the front desk she's in a hurry to go somewhere. Then she starts and is dropping things and clearly rushing. I knew this wasn't going to be good. THEN she starts yelling (I swear) to a tech 5 chairs down (yelling back) sharing stories of her kid potty training, pooping his pants everywhere and peeing all over carpets! I downgraded my service to the cheapest. She said, why? I said because of the noise. Then she yells to the front desk to turn down the MUSIC! I said no not the music, your mouth! I never talk like this being a southern lady! How clueless can you be? I said I just want to leave. She apologized and then hands me to the manager who apologized and hurried too only putting one layer of polish. They had the nerve to charge me for the more expensive service after I had asked for the cheapest service. I said," I hope it's worth $40 to get a bad review" and she snidely replies,"don't come back" with others chiming in from behind the desk! if there was a zero stars option, that's what I would rate this place. technicians rushing thru my pedicure because she had somewhere to go, yelling loudly to another technician about personal things, even after I asked her to quiet down. She hurt my toe and only applied one coat. no second coat or top coat. this was my time to relax and engage in self-care. how could I relax with all this?? read more

The worst nail experience I've had yet in NWA. Couldn't get into my normal nail place at time that worked for me on my day off so decided to give Ivy a try. Lady who did my nails was super rude and rushing. I have a deformed thumb due to birth trauma and she kept laughing about it when I was trying to manipulate my fingers into the dip powder pot. She told me to get up and wash my hands and I turned around and she was laughing about it to another girl that worked there. Super rude and unprofessional. Dip didn't last a week. Husband and I walked in early Saturday morning for pedicures. We were told we could be accommodated in about 10 minutes. They were busy and it appeared it would be longer but - our fault for not making appt. They got to us in a timely manor but I found it odd they started with husband first since he would be quicker out of the two of us...‍ We were both done in 20 minutes!!! Great if u don't have much time and u wanna pay $30 for a mediocre pedicure but I always felt even 45 minutes was a rush job. I hate when they file your nails with two swipes and think that's sufficient. First and last time here. I think I could get the same quality pedicure for cheaper and get more time/attention to detail spent elsewhere!! So frustrating that customer service in all areas these days seem to rush u in and out!! read more

I have known Ivy for many years. Glad to see she has her own shop! One of the nail stylists there has done my nails for over 10 years. Each time with professionalism and literally expects perfection. I add this as I have watched the more tenured techs working to support the newer techs to that same level of detail. I trust these folks and they are family to me. Went in for a pedicure last week. This was my 1st time and only time at this place. I requested just a regular pedi with regular polish. She rushed thru my pedi, only 1 coat of polish, and it looks like my daughter done it. It wasn't even dry yet and she started putting the little flip flops on and showing my to the register. I did leave a tip, because I always do, but realizing now I shouldn't have. My polish has already chipped and going today across the street from them to have them repainted. I went to IVY today and she did such a beautiful job! I just moved to NWA from LA and I've been trying to find someone who I can keep coming back to and I finally did! I found this place through asking one of the girls who worked at Sephora and her nails looked so good! She referred me to this location. Ivy did such a beautiful gel manicure and French tips. Customer service was fantastic! They are new to Springdale that's why you don't see to many reviews right now, but I highly recommend going to them! read more

This was my first time going to this salon. The salon was very nice and clean. I had the best pedicure that I have had in a long time. I even had an ingrown nail and they took it out easily. I also loved the massage. I would definitely recommend it. read more

I had an appointment for 5:30 one evening after work. I showed up about 15 minutes early. The lady told me to pick my colors (nails and toes). After I picked my color I sat at the front and waited 15 minutes before I was shown to a chair that hadn't been prepped. After about 5 more minutes someone came and turned the water on. I sat with my feet in the water for 40 more minutes before anyone came to soak off the gel that I had on my hands and feet. They didn't ask my colors until right before they were about to paint my toes which was confusing for them and myself as I had chosen them an hour prior. After they were finished with my pedicure, they rushed through my manicure bc it was already past close. Now, not a week later, my finger nails and my toe nails have started chipping. i have never had this issue prior to using Ivy and I shouldn't have this problem seeing as I got gel polish. I will not be back. read more
