I walked in and let them know I was a first time customer and that I was trying to find a new permanent nail spot. I had a gut feeling after the person doing my nails didn't know where anything was, or how to get my current nails off that maybe I should just get my nails off and leave, but I wanted to give them a chance and I have formal in a few days. After almost two hours and him telling me no to the length I originally wanted I wish I had followed that gut feeling. As a full time student who is also working, this was nowhere near worth $75 for me. Each nail is completely see through and filled with bubbles, little hairs, and particles. The French tip is uneven on each nail, along with the overall shape of my nails. I would've rather him told me at any point that solid colors would end up looking better because I've never gotten a French tip where my nails are completely see-through. read more

This salon met all my high expectations. I went for the first time 2 weeks ago after reading the forty-eight 4.8/5 star reviews on Google (sometimes Yelp isn't the be-all end-all). Frankly I chose it over others because it's so convenient and close to where I live.. but here I sit, planning on returning there today for a pedi and new mani. My shellac mani from last time is still seriously perfect, almost no chipping... just grown out. This salon is busy like any other salon and I would say the service is average, but what I'm really reviewing here is the quality of their work... I've been going to nail studio for over a year and a half. A friend of mine has been going to Michael for her nails for over 15 years and I now know why, he's great! The shop is accommodating and I've never had a problem getting in. I went here for my wedding and my sister in law did as well. Went in for a dip manicure and came out with stubs of nails and residue from the old set left on my hands. The filing was painful and left my normal length nails short. I also was told at the beginning that the manicure was a different price than at the end. Lots of confusion and an uneven thumb nail too. I went home and had to file it myself. I get nervous making corrections in the salon but tried a couple times anyway. There was also not any kind of relaxing routine to the manicure which I was really looking forward to. The day I had my nails done three nails were smudged and polish came off. The lady that did my nails put the coats of polish on pretty fast. Don't think it had time enough to dry. Won't be going there again. read more

Went in for a pedicure & it was amazing! Seven was so thorough in removing calluses, massaging, etc. He was so nice too. He made sure to tell me all of the options of the type of pedicures & he recommended certain ones based on my needs. My feet have never been so soft! went in to get my nexgen nails removed properly so my nails would still be healthy once they were off and the man who did it ripped the nexgen nail off more painfully than I could have done and drilled into my cuticle making it bleed and then charged me $10 so i would not recommend going here for nail removal read more

My mom and I recently went to Nail Studio to have a relaxing girls day to get our nails and toes done. I asked for gel for my hands and regular paint on my toes.. my mom asked for a full set and regular paint on her toes. When we walked it it was EMPTY we were the only customers in the salon. They sat us in our chairs for our pedicures after we picked our colors and immediately got to work. Me and my mother were surprised when they started doing our nails and toes at the same time, each of us having two people work on us at one... not the most relaxing. My mother and I then started talking you know and I wasn't paying much attention at first but the lady doing my nails clipped them to the NUB!!! I have long fingernails and I have never seen the nubs of my fingers.. I look over at the nail tech and she's trying to put a full set on my fingers and they were so short my fingers physically HURT!! I told the lady do NOT cut my nails any shorter I wanted just gel not fake nails!! I don't like confrontation and just told myself they would grow back! Now on to my toes the other lady doing my toes must have not been paying much attention because after I looked down and half my toes are painted I realize she never took my old polish off.. she was just painting over it!! My mother also had a rough time as the OWNER was doing her full set and was pulling my moms arms across her forcefully and making it uncomfortable for her to talk to me! My mother told her she was uncomfortable so the lady got a box and put it in my moms lap so she could rest her arm on it which made my mom twice as uncomfortable! A DIRTY BOX!!!!! The owner also cut my moms fingers all around her cuticles and her nails were uneven!! We were there for 40 minutes and it was the most unrelaxing experience I've ever had!! This is the only place in Fayetteville I will go for a pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure today was very thorough with my toenails and cuticles. I got the signature pedicure, so it came with a leg, foot massage and hot stone rub, which was not rushed and felt great! Everyone was very friendly and professional. read more

Although going there for the first time, I love this place. It is clean, beautiful, modern, comfortable, friendly and reasonable prices. They have a huge selection of gel colors and plenty of manicure/spa pedicure stations. Staff was courteous, polite, enthusiastic and welcoming. The polish was also neat and good-looking . There're a lot of beautiful colors to choose. The color selection is extensive (regular polish and gel). My nails look great. I love them so much. It was a great experience. I like my spa to be quiet and subdued and to able to read or at least hear myself think. Tech was good and took lots of time on my feet and legs.
