I went and had a pedicure. later when I realized that they had not done a good job with cutting nails, some slanted one way and others the other way, callouses not removed well from one foot, bad paint job...I called them the next day they were open and they would not let me come in so they could fix my pedicure. She argued with me and said you have to tell us that day before you leave. So be WARNED!!!! EXAMINE EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE SOL!!! Customer service is terrible!! read more

I've only had 2 manicures in 10 years, but the service here was fantastic. My technician Lan (also the manager) was fun to talk with and made me feel comfortable. I wasn't used to the goings-on of nail salons and she put me at ease. Also (and this might be TMI) I had thought for years I had a toenail fungus and had been covering it up with polish on my own. She took the polish off to see if anything could be done, and found that it wasn't fungus-- I'd stained the nail while it was flaky and had been exacerbating the problem for years! She buffed the nail, and it was completely healthy underneath. I have been insecure about my feet for years, and there was an air of celebration in the room. In the grand scheme of things, nails are nails, but it made getting a pedicure with my sister before her wedding something fun instead of something that made me feel gross. Now I have pretty feet! Do all nail salons have massage chairs while you soak your feet? I have no idea, but those were pretty awesome. read more

First off, not closed! Thankfully! I wrote a raving 5 star review 4 years ago and I'm still SO impressed with this business. Excellent customer service and quality work. I always come here when I'm home for the holidays. I can't wait to make this my go-to spot once I relocate back to the area this summer. Everyone is SO NICE and very good at their job! They also have amazing new massage chairs. Bao is so sweet and good at absolutely everything. Her husband is great with acrylics and Vu gives the best massages! They offer all the trendy options like matte finishes, dips, and chrome. Great pricing too! I purchased 4 pedicure gift certificates for family members for Christmas. I didn't expect for us to be able to go in together, but I called in the AM and Bao got all 4 of my family members in for pedicures while I had my nails filled. They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. Would like to keep this spot my family's secret, but wouldn't be fair to such an amazing business. read more

I like the prices and quality of of my mani/pedis at Classic Nails. A standard manicure/pedicure only costs $35 dollars, and the pedicure includes leg exfoliation and hot towels. I get regular polish, and I've noticed my manicures last a little longer than other places I've been to in town to get my nails done. Though Classic Nails does not have as many "amenities" as some places - only one TV, limited services - they do have the massaging chairs for the pedicures, and the equipment used always seems to be clean. They have a variety of scrubs to use for pedicures, and there are a few add ons that you can include with any service. I'm sad to see that other people have had some bad experiences with customer service, because I've always had great experiences here. I've always been taken care of quickly, and service has always been friendly. Bottom line - great prices, good quality. I've enjoyed all my visits. read more

I was in town visiting some family and was in desperate need to get my nails done for an event. Since I was unfamiliar with the area, I checked on Yelp and this was the place with the best reviews. So, I called ahead and they were able to squeeze me in same day. I was NOT disappointed!!! I got my toes done and a set of solar pink and white nails. Definitely the best set of nails I've ever had!! They came out really great! They really care about the customers here and go to great lengths to make sure you are taken care of. They really take their time here instead of other places which try to rush you out. Some of the best service and quality work I've ever received at a nail shop. Plus, the salon was super clean. A "classic salon" not decorated nicely but it's because they are too busy taking care of their customers. They always do a top notch job and don't rush even with a large wait, that's very important! They often take customers up to the last minute and I've been happy with it every single time I've come. I mostly get the hot stone pedicure. My nails always look great and the prices are good! Too busy for good and clean service! Made an appointment for myself, a friend, and my four little girls for my birthday. We all had one service done; either a pedicure or manicure. We waited about 45 minutes for our procedures despite making an appointment. But my poor little 8 year old waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for her pedicure! They even served two other ladies who arrived after us before her leaving her to wait even longer. Additionally, the pedicure was fair, the manicures were poor, and there was nothing clean about the place. We will not be going back. read more

It's now not even two hours after our visit, and an entire layer of polish has already flaked off of my teenage daughter's thumb. We spent $95 and Classic Nails' handiwork didn't even last two hours! We were already disappointed with our experience because the guy giving my daughter her pedicure picked a towel up OFF THE FLOOR and proceeded to dry her legs with the towel! Yuck! If he's going to do that without thinking twice about it, then how clean can everything else be? Hygiene is really important in a nail salon! I was also cut by the guy doing my manicure, and he didn't want to tell me that they were out of my gel color so he kept painting my nails the wrong color. Next time just tell the customer so they can make a new selection! I could go on but I think you get the idea- stay away. ***Update- ALL of my daughter's nail polish flaked off in big layers within five hours of getting her manicure. She's a grown child, not a little kid who might do something to mess them up. That really should not happen within five hours of getting a professional manicure. I am from out of town and came to Fayetteville to visit my boyfriend. I was looking to get fake gel nails. Overall the guy I had did a really good job for the amount of money I paid (40$), but he wasn't very nice and rushed through it. I was able to walk in and not schedule an appointment which was nice, I just wish he would have taken his time. At the end he just said the price it was and I felt rushed to get out of there. I just had the best pedicure, it was the usual scrubdown, buff, oil massage, etc. But she rubbed my legs with rocks and I had a parafin wax dip. She even gave me a parafin dip for my hands and wrist as I was waiting for my toes to dry. This place is awesome, found my new place in Fayetteville. read more

Worst place ever! Just save yourself he hassle and find another place. I went for the first time, to give them a try because they are next door to my fave coffee shop. I brought my friend from outta town with me so we could both get manis and pedis. As soon as we stepped in, it took a while for them to even acknowledge our presence. After saying hello we had to say "mani/pedi for 2 please". Then after one lady flippantly signaled to sit. After 15-20 mins after no other words, we decide this is wrong on so many levels and decide to leave, so we head for the door. Only then a lady says "go pick color!" and I reply "oh now we should pick color? Sorry too late you should have said that 15mins ago." And then we walked out. I made an appointment two days in advance. The appointment was for 9:15 am on a Thursday morning (they open at 9am). I got there at around 9:12 am and the store was dark; no one was there! I waited for 10 minutes and then gave up and left. My experience was very disappointing and I would suggest that no one ever try to get your nails done here in the morning. I went to Natural Nails down the road and they took me right away with no appointment! I had a great experience there. read more

I had an appointment and the nail tech wasn't even there and had to wait for her to get to the shop. So I made another appointment and give her another chance. Once again I had to wait for her to come to the shop. Then they never had me wash my hands they took a brush out of a drawer and brush ed them off. No one knows when it's been cleaned or who it was used on before I went in. I have a auto immune disorder and scared of any things used on me that aren't sanitized. Be very careful where you go a lot of nail places don't take sanitizing seriously and I can't afford to get an infection. read more
